Awesome tour and spectacular views. - From pickup at hotel to final return our guide Mo was efficient and friendly. Expect to spend four hours looking for the Northern Lights. The tour bus is warm and comfortable. The guide took numerous photos and videos when the Lights did appear. The lodge is a cozy spot to rest between viewings. Washrooms and hot drinks and snacks can be enjoyed at the lodge. The Aurora was in full splendor on our visit.

Highly Attentive and Personal Tour in Yellowknife - Stayed in Yellowknife for 5 days and 4 nights. I booked a full package that included 3 nights of Aurora chasing (and saw the Aurora for two nights!) and activities like dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowmobiling. The attentiveness of the tour guides was over the roof. The group size for activities is usually around 5–12 people; 20 is considered a “crowded” night but still manageable. That’s why the tour guides can really take care of each customer’s needs. Shout out to Tina — she is the best! She stood in the cold for so long just to make sure everyone got good photos (boss, please get her some warm gloves and shoes). I honestly don’t know how she did it, because after 10 minutes I couldn’t feel my toes or fingers. They also arranged transportation to and from my accommodation and offered airport shuttle service when needed. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an intimate, warm-in-the-cold tour experience in Yellowknife. It’s not just a standard tour

Life's first dream - At the beginning the weather was not good, but Tina was very enthusiastic to explain to us a lot of relevant information, until the last minute did not give up the tracking, especially on the way back to see the big explosion, Tina and the driver also added time to stop to take photos to make us dream, thank you Tina professional and enthusiastic service to make us do this tour❤️

A Relaxed Northern Lights Experience at the Lodge - This tour is very different from the typical aurora chase. Instead of spending most of the night driving between locations, we stayed primarily at the lodge, which made the experience calm and comfortable. We could step outside when the lights appeared and then return indoors to warm up, have hot chocolate, and relax. The lodge setup works especially well for groups, as people can sit together, chat, and wait for the aurora in a cozy setting rather than standing in the cold. It felt unhurried and well thought out, and is a great option for anyone who prefers a more laid back and social Northern Lights experience.

Great balance of chasing and relaxing - Amazing experience with Mo who told us a lot about the aurora and Yellowknife. We chased first and got an amazing view and photos of the dancing aurora. Then we went to the lodge which was a great place to relax and wait (Yellowknife has a livecam of the sky so you can check that before ever going outside again). Aurora didn't show up much while we were at the lodge though Mo did make an unscheduled stop on the way home to see a final auroral display and then take us on the ice road across the lake. I've been on three different aurora tours in Yellowknife and this is a great middle ground between the Aurora Village (no chasing) and a full chasing experience (no bathrooms for 4 hours).

Aurora Borealis Photography with a Lovely Lodge - The whole organisation was really good and the people were soo nice and they try their best to give you unforgettable moments... While the Northern Lights are out, you can still hang out in the fireplace, relax on the sofa, eat snacks and play games. The Northern Lights were also stylishly photographed with tepees and lodges.

Great Guide, Strong Effort Despite Clouds - Our guide Mo was fantastic with great communication, punctual pickup, and a comfortable van. Despite a very cloudy night, he worked incredibly hard, driving to multiple locations to give us the best possible chance to see the aurora. The lodge stop was well-timed for warming up and washroom breaks, though the space itself could use some upkeep. Overall, a very good experience.

Good and bad - Even though we didn't see too much Aurora because of the clouds, Tina was a great hostess. The only negative part of the the experience was that the lodge is quite a filthy mess, except especially the bathrooms. They really need to clean it up if they want to run a proper operation.

Extremely unhappy! Want a refund!!!! - Were to start the bus had no heating and the doors wouldn’t close properly, it was -30 when we arrived at the lodge it was a house, no heating on they had to start the fire place but didn’t do this for about 1/2 hour, had to make our own tea, coffee or hot chocolate, they boiled the jug, they had a tin of biscuits on a table and two average size packs of nibbles, the biscuits tin was empty with only a few cracked scraps. There were dirty dishes in the sink the bench was covered in mess and dirty cups and plates, the toilet was also in need of a good clean. It hadn’t been cleaned from previous tours. They had fold out chairs but didn’t bother to set them up I ended up doing it myself . It took the fire about 1 hour to start to warm the house, we had to were all our clothes jackets hats gloves etc in the house because it was so cold This whole experience was so disappointing we were not given what we believed we paid for very unprofessional, the boss was there and wouldn’t come to speak to us or apologies This was offered as a first class experience but was anything but! SO DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL WE NEED TO BE REFUNDED
