Hasslefree and easy - The whole trip was hasslefree. We just followed instructions from the staff and had fun the whole day. They divided us into smaller group and our group has only 4 people. Our ski instructor was Sally. Since it was our first time trying skiing, Sally was very patience in teaching us and able to focus on each of us because of the small group.

Disappointing trip, lousy trainer - We signed up for the Jishan ski resort tour on 14 December 2018. The meeting place is convenient to find and the leaders of our group (group 8) - Price and Li DuoBing were still quite friendly and clear in their instructions. When we arrived in Jishan resort, we were divided into groups and our supposedly English speaking ski trainer/tour guide? He was a pure letdown. He probably has not been through any proper training in how to train others. He did not bothered to explain the basics of skiing to the group of about 10 of us including some teenagers. I would imagine the first things that he should try is to understand the people that he is supposed to ‘train/teach’ instead of just trying to pass his time. He got frustrated when most of us cannot follow his explanation even though there was actually no explanation to us on how to keep ourselves balanced, how to break fall, how to react when we fall which I feel is the basic that he should have covered. Instead, he kind of gave up on the group and disappeared after about an hour with us. Leaving us all on our own on the icy slope. The next time we see him was back in the coach bus when we are leaving the resort. My teenage nephews were enthusiastic about learning some basics Of skiing but got so disappointed with this guy cos he did not even teach us anything. He should be sent for some training before taking up this job. Just a let down!
