• The Grand Palace - Situated in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, the Grand Palace served as the former residence for Kings Rama I to Rama V of the Rattanakosin Kingdom. Today, it hosts royal ceremonies and welcomes the king’s guests, state visitors, and other foreign dignitaries. It is also where the remains of kings and high-ranking royal family members are placed before cremation. • Wat Rakhang Kositaram Woramahawihan - Wat Rakhang, known as the Temple of the Bells, was constructed by Rama I towards the end of the 18th century. During its construction, a bell was discovered here, which King Rama II later moved to Wat Phra Kaew, located across the river from Wat Rakhang, and gifted five new bells to the temple. The theme of bells is prominent throughout this temple.
• Temple Of Dawn (Wat Arun) - Wat Arun, locally referred to as Wat Chaeng, is a landmark temple on the west (Thonburi) bank of the Chao Phraya River. Wat Arun, nicknamed the ‘Temple of Dawn,’ features colorfully decorated spires and stands majestically over the water.
