Beautiful place - This place is wonderful, it has great views and the best is all the food and drink you want, some things are bought separately but everything is worth it, it is very nice

Always memorable days at Xel-Ha - We love spending a day of our vacation in the Mayan Riviera at Xel-ha. So many fun things to snorkeling in the lagoon and river, zip-lining over the water, jumping off cliffs, and the water slide. The whole park is beautiful and the food and drinks are great as well. We like to get to the park early close to opening and get after it. They serve breakfast and then lunch. The all-inclusive passes seem to make sense for us.

The perfect day out - We were on holiday in Mexico and signed up to do this trip. It was the most perfect day out. We arrived at 8am and left at 6pm - its a very full on day but just brilliant. Snorkels and towels are provided as are lockers. Staff are super helpful and the place is spotless. Food was beautiful. We did everything we could whilst we were there - zip wires, the water slide, floating down the river, the cliff of courage. You do get a lot included in the entrance price but if you do want to swim with any animals. or feed them its an extra charge (we Paid 85 dollars to swim with the manatee's but my husband said it was amazing.) I would recommend the cliff of courage jump - its exilerating. The shops on site are very expensive but I think everything in Mexico is expensive. I would highly recommend a visit here - you will not be disappointed.

A great day out - Wonderful. Nature, adrenaline and also relaxing. What a super fun day out, and worthy paying the fees as you get a lot for what you pay. We laid $175 USD for transport and all inclusive food and drinks all day and 40 minute swim with the dolphins, which was my highlight. A wonderful and spectacular memory. Lazy rivers, cenotes, swimming lakes, zip lines and slides as well as many other activities - some paid some included. Truly wonderful and lovely staff, especially Margarita in the dolphin experience. Raul at the bar where the main buffet is needs to be kept away from clients - truly rude and unprofessional. A minor issue on a near perfect day.

Nature is everything - Great place to enjoy nature. As everything from this company another great option to expend your time. I will definitely come back.

So fun - This park is SO much fun. It's a great experience for the whole family. They offer lots of extras at a cost but definitely worth trying what they have to offer.

fantastic - loved this park and all of the activities they had to offer, enjoyed our day very much - next time get private transportation though, vendor we booked through took 4 hours to arrive after all the stops around cancun.

Beautiful Park! - Xelha is beautiful the river, the cenotes, we like the speed boat, but they said they were not in service the day we went, wich it’s why we return to Xelha, the buses pick u at the hotel and bring you back, i guess we were only 3 of us that go from our hotel because in the way back the driver told us he was going to leave us in the main street and we had to go walking back to the hotel, wich is not far from the Main Street, but this is the first time they do that.

Fun day out - We were at the park early which was good for less queues, we got a locker at the brown section which was quite central. We did the water slide first to avoid the queues and it is a lot of steps! View was nice, slide was very fast and a shame no view as all enclosed and you get a face-full of salt water. Biking through the jungle was nice- do wear mosquito spray though. The lazy river was cool- we took a double ring and I did end up having to kick to get us moving after coming out of the mangroves. Rope adventure was very hard but good fun. Snorkelling was good and saw lots of fish. The buffet for breakfast had a very large queue from 9 so if you want breakfast be prepared for a busy restaurant. Great having all-inclusive drinks so you can relax in a hammock with a cocktail. We also times it well to go to the fast-food restaurant before it shut for tea after a busy day. The food at the Mexican restaurant for lunch was nice. There is a lot of walking to be done between activities and doing this in water shoes is not ideal so be sure to plan your activities well to avoid this. Again although this park is all-inclusive it is very expensive and you have to pay more to do some of the activities.

Horrible experience. - I would give this tour zero stars if I could. Aleman travel agency refused to respond to repeated attempts for pick up time and location. After almost 24 hours they did respond and tried to charge more for the pick up. Repeated attempts to resolve this issue were denied by both Viator and the travel agency. At this time I’m out $265 for a tour I never got to do with my daughter.
