Cancellation 48 hrs. or more before the tour will be refunded the 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 48hrs or less prior the departure of the tour no refund is given of the deposit. No Shows will be charged the 100% of the tickets. The tour will happen even with rain. There are no cancelations unless the site is closed.

I'm very happy with our trip tu Calakmul. The site is very incredible, and even though works on the Maya Train and on the road to the temples give the trip a bit of a bizarre start through meters of roadworks, our driver Sebastian navigated all of it perfectly.
