Wonderful day trip - I have had a wonderful day trip to Xi'an from Shanghai, all arranged by China Xi'an Tour including hotel pick up and transfer back, flights and lunch. My guide named Mr. Coffee took us to terracotta warriors, ancient city wall, halal food lunch and muslim street, all was great. Thank you China Xi'an Tour.

Excellent Tour - Both of our children thoroughly enjoyed their visit to the Terracotta Warriors, learning much about the history and archaeology of the 8th wonder of the world. Excellent English speaking guide Nina made this a memorable experience for our family. Highly recommended.

Impressive archaeological site and fantastic City - Even though the tour began early morning, it was worthy from the beginning to the end. Our tour guide Becky was knowledgeable and provided us with historical information about the tomb and the three buildings visited. Additional, this tour include a visit to Xian City. A dynamic city with many places to visit. I would say that if you have enough time do this tour in two days .

Great long day - If you are in Shanghai and really only have one day to see Xi’an, this is definitely for you. Sophia of China Xian Tours was very helpful, responsive and really arranged everything and thus it was so easy. You just have to be prepared to wake very early and get back late. It was so worth it to see the Terra-cotta Warriors, the Old City Wall and the Muslim Quarter. The tour guide, Tina, was excellent, very knowledgeable and with very good English skill. There is one bit of prepared shopping right at the beginning at the Terra-cotta Warriors site, but it was over very quickly. Sophia can customize things: I did have her find and select a different return flight for my convenience. I should have had her added one more site visit, like one of the pagodas, as I finished the planned agenda early because I did not spend so much time on the Old City Wall (I guess most people rent a bike and spend a couple hours riding all the way around). Overall, a great tour and I highly recommend this tour agent.

Private 1 day Xian tour from Beijing by flight - Sophia was fantastic from start to finish with even a follow up call whilst we were still on the tour. Our guide Noble was excellent even allowing us to hotspot to his wifi. The tour was amazing the highlight the terracotta warriors and the Xian city wall which we hired bikes and cycled around would recommend doing this was good fun. Then went to Muslim Quarter which was very interesting I had very sore feet and Noble took me to a very good local massage place and I had a good Reflexology - fantastic!!! Every thing was as we expected and more All pickups on time with no issues and back to the plane with no stress Thank you I can definitely recommend this tour!!!

A complete package! - This was a great way to see the famous Terracotta Warriors when time is an issue. We were staying in Shanghai on our first trip to China, but my husband really wanted to see the warriors, so this looked like a great option. It totally was! We booked the trip online after we arrived in China, and not only was our first date available, but the tour company made all of the flight and transport reservations for us. Everything was as advertised from our hotel pickup to our delivery back to our doorstep, and all of the vehicles were extremely nice and comfortable! No smoke-stained taxis here! Our tour guide, Bella, was friendly and very knowledgable about the Warriors, the city wall, and Xi’an in general. One of the few English-speaking people we encountered during our trip, Bella was willing to answer questions not even relating to the tour that we had been wondering about the Chinese culture. It was a nice change from the pointing and pantomime communication that we had been experiencing! Our tour started with a visit to a shop where we met one of the farmers who actually discovered the Warriors in 1974, so that was a really nice surprise! A buffet lunch at the Warriors museum was included. Because of heavy traffic and a huge crowd at the exhibits, we missed the originally planned lunch, but the alternate was fine. Be aware that in addition to the long day time-wise, there is also quite a bit of walking involved. From the moment we booked the trip, the tour company kept us posted with updates and checked in during the tour to make sure everything was going okay. The only glitches we encountered were at the end of the trip. Evidently, my passport number was entered incorrectly on my second airline reservation, but because it was close and because I was traveling with my husband, they let me continue on (whew!), and when we arrived back at the Shanghai airport, there was some confusion about where to meet our driver, but the tour company quickly resolved it. All in all, it was a very nice day and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a glimpse of these amazing relics! I would recommend going in cooler weather because of the walking and lack of air conditioning in the warrior pits, and it would probably be more enjoyable when schools are back in session so the crowds would be smaller, but this is a great tour company who can help make the most of a day!
