Xelha - Yesterday's visit to the park was truly unforgettable! We spent the entire day immersed in an incredible experience. The provided amenities and services were top-notch. From delicious food to refreshing drinks and a wide range of engaging activities, there was never a dull moment. Highly recommend for a day filled with enjoyment! Thanks a lot for all Lizeth Vega.

Tulum and Xel ha - Paola was an excellent tour guide totally worth it for families of all ages not too long either at Tulum. Great time for sure.

Amazing day - This was THE HIGHLIGHT of my trip! I snorkeled and swam in the most beautifully clear water! Rented a golf cart on Isla Meujers …. It was amazing! George and the whole crew watched over us and made sure we were safe and having fun! We saw different fish such as puffer fish , Angel fish and parrot fish!! So cool!! They Little lunch/snack with drinks were good too! Thanks to Paloma at Nexxus for setting us up with this amazing activity! I am 50 and not in the best shape but pushed myself to try it and LOVED doing this!

A must-do!!! You will love it. - We had a fantastic time. snorkeling in the caves, riding the ATVs and exploring The Mayan ruins. The The staff was great. Big thanks to Jose M for selling on this experience

Excellent Customer Service - The customer service, specifically Daliah, was excellent. We opted to try Nexus after talking to Vacation Planners at our hotel and found them to be unhelpful. The first trip we booked was Xel Ha and Tulum tour. There was some confusion as to the day we were going but Daliah worked hard to make this right and we got to go the next day. We did have to cancel a second excursion with them due to the mix up but they refunded our money without question. Daliah also made sure we knew our transportation times to get to the airport, even though she did not have to. She even answered me texts on her day off. Because of Daliah, I rate Nexus five stars.

The best visit - We have been in the hotel Riu Yucatan in Playa del Carmen, the service was very good, the food was very good. We did scuba diving as well. The representatives Vanessa and Francisco were very helpful. Thank you guys. We will be coming back!

Tulum Mayan jungle - It’s my first time in Cancun, I enjoy my stay I really appreciate the sunwing staff specially Cynthia and Israel,she recommended Tulum Mayan jungle and we enjoy so much the activity, me and son we go on the rope to the cave, I wanna say thank you we enjoy culture and I appreciate they spent lot of time with me choosing, thanks for the patience , really sunwing, I use sunwing for Las Cabos, Cuba, very good package always sunwing.

Amazing time! - Went here today and had a blast! Josue our guide was awesome and funny. The Atv riding and zip lining are a great experience and the underwater caves are a must see, beautiful!

Honeymoon Adventure - I would not recommend this particular to anyone of my friends. The heat is so sweltering that it takes away most of the enjoyment. The ruins were very neat but you cannot get as close as we would have thought. Also the views are being hindered by the seaweed plaguing the area and turning all the crystal blue water completely brown and creates an odor as well. The zip lining is pretty sketchy there are seven towers you have to climb with at least seven flights of very narrow 15 steps per flight to get to the top of each zip line (again 7 total). No bottled water is offered along the way and the temperature is between 90-100 not sure what the real feel is. The rappelling is very generic you climb another tower and do one rope rapel onto a platform not into a cave at all. The cenote water is very clear but it is very cold water and there is barely any room between the water and top of the caves when swimming into main area of cenote. It is very dark as well. I was really looking forward to the experience but I ended up having an anxiety attack and leaving because I was so scared and felt so claustrophobic. The trip takes far too long and we were ready to go back to our resort and the pool after just one activity. We felt as though we wasted an entire day of our honeymoon. The highlight of this excursion was our tour guide Ricardo Oliveras (Ricky Martin) he was absolutely amazing! Easy to understand, kind and caring for his country it’s people and it’s animals, hilarious, and so accommodating!!!
