All round a good trip - It was beautiful to see the caves/ coastline just a shame it was cloudy so no sunset! Complimentary drink was a nice touch. Although there were life rings on board I think life jackets should have been offered especially for children

Very good walk, but the service could be better. - The captain very friendly, the rest of the crew of two, one of them affable. The other promised to make a historical account, but since we were only two people, "it wasn't worth it." It would be nice to remind him that it is so important to do your job for one or twenty. To leave a nice impression, because two may also recommend choosing Denia as a tourist destination or not. Whereupon the other came and made only one mention of the type of rock and in which it has been used. I understand there would be more information.

Wasn't what we expected - The boat was moving a lot, half a passage ended up vomiting and the one that didn't, we ended up with a very bad body. We also didn't go near the cave we were supposed to go to. It was only when we asked if everything was normal that they told us that it was evil that it was very scrambled and that was why it moved so much and impossible to get near the rocks.Come on, we paid to have a little regular time and without seeing what we were supposed to see and they did not even give any explanation if we did not get to ask. To say the best, the sunset views were spectacular, although with the bad body they could hardly be enjoyed.

Old boat and terrible experience - Horrible, the old ship, lie in photos on the website 854794362 On August 15, I had the bad experience of "enjoying" a day on your excursion from Denia to Portitxol Island. The first thing the boat is from their fleet, or at least not what they show on their website, is a catamaran of old and ramshackle underwater vision, which we fell out of. On the tour we were not told anything we saw, or where we were. The crew, by the way a shower and cleaning would not hurt all of them, especially when they serve you food and drink. I don't even want to remember. The dining room that was the bottom of the catamaran was old and disgusting, a place that has nothing to do with the boats they show or the photos, I feel conned, and I will demand the refund of the ticket amount, because also I do not take us to destination, it is not known why, I take us to Liberty Island where he anchored and let us take a dip in deep water where you can see nothing, my illusion of taking diving glasses and seeing bottom and marine life in a well. I asked the captain why and he told me that the sea state advised to anchor in Portitxol. I told him that the sea was the same here as there and that there were many boats, including the competing catamaran enjoying swimming in that area. He didn't explain any more, smoked his cigarette with laughter, and something else. By the way, we requested biodramine pills to buy it and they don’t have, half the people vomiting on the way back, a basic Service especially when you go to full milk and full music. I consider myself conned, this is not a boat or the excursion I requested. I have sent them two emails but they come back to me. [email protected] I look forward to your feedback A warm greeting.

Misleading advertising ☹️ - I made the reservation wrong. I was looking for the catamaran. Misleading advertising, with the same name and schedule as Mundo Marino which is what I was looking for, because I have done this excursion before and it is unmatched. Small and uncomfortable boat, and for the same price, be careful not to make the same mistake

There are better options - The boat got very dizzy and there was almost no room at the top for a catamaran. I don't recommend it.
