Wonderful trip - Excellent treatment, guaranteed friendliness and good explanation about the history of the destination you are going to. 100% recommended if you want to live a unique and amazing experience.

What a lovely experience. - An unforgettable experience. A very nice and quiet walk and very attentive and friendly staff. A total hit. We loved it.

All right. Beautiful sunset panorama - This tour was very nice. The deduction is for the fact that we had no consumption vouchers (will be issued during boarding, unfortunately not to us) and thus the free drink was initially refused. Furthermore, the toilet is an imposition. Perhaps even a drying toilet would be more hygienic than what was there. In itself, price-performance is fine and also corresponds to the competitors

Pleasant crossing - 90m crossing very pleasant and with a relaxed atmosphere to watch the sunset from the sea. Drink and music on board to enliven passengers, and young people eager to have fun.

Slimy and incompetent staff - I hired this ride yesterday with the friends I came to Valencia with and sadly I can not recommend it as they have a staff, all men, who made us the experience quite uncomfortable based on looks, comments and whispers between them. It is a shame that in tourist sites like this where many groups and many young women come, we can not enjoy the walk through something like this. We were accompanied by more men, but otherwise, I don't want to imagine how they would have put us through it.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE - An overcrowded boat, you almost had to stack. You get a free drink but DE sangria was not to be pounded, so gross. DE whoever was driving the boat couldn’t do anything about it either, docking took fifteen minutes to get his boat to shore. Truly an AFRADER, even at that limited price. A very amateur organization. Stay away from here

Terrible customer service - When we got to the dock we were informed that the boat was broken and the tours were cancelled. We stood in a line for an hour to get a refund. When we finally lost patience, we were told we could call them the next morning to receive a full refund. That information would have been helpful up front. It also would have been helpful for them to give us advance notice of the cancellation since the boat had been broken down the day before- an email or a call would have been appreciated to avoid the trip over and the wait in line for nothing. We did receive the refund in the end.
