Not just for the young and sporty. - As I am approaching my 66th birthday. I thought I might try something a little less ordinary and exciting——but not too dangerous. From the moment I stepped into the information centre in Wanaka, the two ladies working there were superb. There description of the trip was spot on. They were enthusiastic and caring. So off I went to meet Gino and his assistant. The instructions were clear and concise and great trouble was taken about safety. It was easy to move around the boat onto the platform to where we were hooked up. After a short trip on the motorboat, it was my turn to be hooked up and winched into the air. It was a delight, so peaceful, floating over the lake, the mountains and vineries beyond. Sadly I had to descend after at least 10 minutes to land on the platform at the rear of the boat and back to the jetty. I was surprised that I didn’t to be super fit, or energetic and it was all the wonderful guides told me. Thank you for a lovely memory.

Soaring over Lake Wanaka - Amazing time flying over Lake Wanaka thanks to Jeno and his trusted helper Monty! The whole family (parents and 2 young boys) had a great time soaring, enjoying the views, and dipping our toes in the water (per our request). Thank you, Jeno and Monty, for a wonderful experience!
