Every need taken care of - We are extremely well looked out after and every need was taken care of. Would highly recommend this tour, we got recommendations for restaurants sent to our WhatsApp so we had recommendations of places to eat wherever we went.

Amazing Trip - What a great day this trip was. Really well organized and planned. Took all the stress out of a very packed day. A lot is packed in but it’s all great. We were a little disappointed that it was quad bikes rather than snowmobiles, but was great all the same. Zacopane is an absolutely amazing place.
Our driver/host was very helpful and really went above and beyond to return a lost item to us the day after our trip.

Amazing trip - This was an amazing trip, zakopane is such a beautiful place, Adrian our tour guide was very knowledgable and extremely helpful, he went out his way to make the tour even more enjoyable thankyou

Amazing! - Amazing experience, everything about it was amazing from the cheese and vodka tasting to the cable carts in Zakapone to the thermal baths. Well worth the price. Matt our guide was amazing we had an incident at the snow mobiling and he was able to help us with the translation issues. Would 100% do again if I return to Krakow.

A must do trip, fantastic from start to finish! - With such little reviews at first we were unsure. However, WOW. This trip was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The driver Matt was great, smooth journey throughout. Our tour guide (also called Matt) was phenomenal. Super informative, sending us recommendations on WhatsApp for things to do or visit during our free time periods. He was extremely knowledgable of the history of the towns and any questions you had he was happy to help! The Gubalowka Funicular and Chocholow Bath tickets were included so there was no hassle of having to sort these ourselves. The snowmobiling was an unreal experience with beautiful views. The tour guide for this was someone else working at the snowmobiling site. In our group, one of us had an incident with the snowmobiles (no one was hurt), to help with this we went to get Matt our tour guide who instantly made us feel at ease and helped translate between ourselves and the snowmobile operators, we couldn’t be more grateful. Overall this trip was outstanding and the team at Explore Cracow created the perfect day for us. Would absolutely book with them again, no doubt about it! Thank you all!

Snow Mobile only recommended of you have experience - Well I have to say the driver was really good, the vodka and cheese tasting, Zakopane and the thermal springs were really good, but this is the important bit, if you have no experience of riding a snow mobile then you should consider if this is right for you. The course is by no means easy, it’s extremely challenging, we had two accidents, the second one resulted in us hitting a tree and the snow mobile flipped on top of us, covering us in petrol and pinning us both, my husband is a very experienced motor cycle rider so well equipped to know how to balance. Thankfully we wasn’t injured seriously, very battered and bruised today, but they wouldn’t know that as there was no medical attention and all they cared about was they were going to be late for the next tour and we broke the kill switch. We were told we had to pay for this, again we were ripped off as they charged us 790 polish Zlotty, online they were 159 polish Zlotty , this means they not only ignored our injuries, myself in a state of shock but made a nice profit from our suffering. When we got back the girl in the office said it happens all the time and not even she would go on a course like that, we also learnt a lady had broke her arm the same day. I am only writing this as I wouldn’t want anyone else to suffer the way we did.
