Wing Chun is martial art. The athletic competition is not the focus of the lessons.
Lessons are led by experienced teachers. The WING HO martial arts school also trains martial arts teachers.

Despite its fitness benefits, Wing Chun can be picked up by anyone, irrespective of their athletic prowess or strength. It’s an excellent choice for self-defense, with its focus being martial arts, not competitive sports. The instruction is carried out by seasoned trainers, which also includes educator training at the WING HO martial education institution. The WING HO academy provides a well-rounded offering, including Qi Gong, Yoga, and Zen meditation classes.
