Could have been a public bus. Overpriced, underperforming. - So disappointing! Could have been a public bus. Pretty drive but almost no commentary and what there was was basically an announcement of the stops- we were busy googling things mentioned like burning bush to learn the history on our own. There was a friendly driver. Bus was clean. Highly overpriced and under performing compared to typical hop on hop off buses in other towns.

Want that hour plus back - Tour- not at all. Bus ride into a rural area and saw hedges, houses and trees. Wondering WTH we were doing. Did whole loop because once you go you are a captive. Hop off in the middle of NoWHEre . There was a farm you could visit and buy some ridiculous priced items like jams that I don’t want. Should have stopped at a PUB so you could drink to forget except you were waiting for your time slot to go to Windsor Castle( No interior photos allowed)

Waste of money - The trip was very short. The bus was delayed (not it's fault) but the timings were all off. The audio ports didn't work on some seats and the screens were scratched so they were difficult to see. The audio was not very informative and never finished a section as the driver was driving quickly. It also kept referencing the Queen instead of the King. I could have spent the money on a decent lunch instead.

Not worth it. - Very disappointing. We have used hop on hop off buses all over the world and this was the worst. Commentary was not up to date, it kept cutting in and out and was not informative. If you do eventually update the commentary, please refer to the king (not queen) and I’m fairly certain that the king does not own land in the commonwealth countries.

Waste of money!! - Very poor no audio , was not told needed headphones or offered , the bus drive was overpriced considering we learnt nothing of the history due to lack of audio , tried downloading app to see if we could access description of tour there but gave us nothing but real time location of tour, would not recommend based on our experience

A waste of money. - This was an over priced tour. The driver was drove too quickly so bits of the audio were off. Then the narrator said the Doomsday books were written a century ago. And finally there was no acknowledgment that Queen Elizabeth had died. This is disrespectful and pretty shoddy.

Very very disappointing! - Very disappointed with this company: some examples: we waited for our bus, red tour in Hyde Park for 30 minutes to finally take it, walked 200 meters and still waited 20 minutes, audio comments not functional…. We were advised to get off and take the next one, endless stops between the station and Piccadilly, while no one was getting on or off…. In short, 100 balls thrown in the trash
