Great day out! - I had a fantastic time taking the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Express from London. The journey was smooth, convenient, and made getting to the park stress-free. It’s a great option for families or anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of driving. LEGOLAND itself was full of fun and creativity—perfect for both kids and adults who are young at heart. The only downside was the food and drink prices, which were a bit on the expensive side, but that’s expected in theme parks like this. Overall, a brilliant day out and I’d definitely recommend it!

Fabulous family day out - So much to see and do at legoland! Really recommend traveling via Evan Evans Tours really enjoyed Legoland and my kids had fun on the rides

Legoland Express - We were visiting London with our 3 children, and Legoland seemed like a great treat. The coach was clean and the staff friendly. The kids were quite excited as the coach was covered in Legoland characters. Legoland itself was a really great theme park - especially for the young children who aren't tall enough for rollercoasters. Taking this express really took a lot of the stress out of the day.

Great day out. - We had a brilliant day at LEGOLAND. The coach made getting there so easy and stress free. The park itself was great fun. Our kids really enjoyed the rides.

Great time - Coach was very comfortable for length of trip. Kids (3 and 5) loved it especially the mini driving school. Highly recommend

Easy - The Evans Evans tour staff were helpful and friendly. We were the only ones on the bus on the way there. I think there are easier/ cheaper ways to get to legoland - saw a bus that does legland and Windsor often when we were in London which would probably give you more time at legoland- but this was convenient for us. Did have some trouble finding the Victoria Coach station vs the train/ underground

Good stay, Bad Food - We stayed the weekend at the Woodland Village which was lovely. The park wasn't too busy and over the course of the weekend managed to do most of the rides we wanted. Food at the clubhouse was a let down. Choice was limited and they didn't cater for vegans at all which was a surprise. As well as being super expensive it was ok taste wise. If we stayed again, we would try and find something in the park instead of the restaurant.

Deceptive description of this outing - This event was advertised as being about 9 hours long. Since it is a one hour bus ride from London to LEGOLAND, I assumed that meant we’d get 7 hours in the park. Instead, they cut our time short to drive a half hour out of the way to pick up another tour group, so we only got 6 hours in the park. That’s a large enough difference that it feels like false advertising. They said we would travel back and forth from London to LEGOLAND Windsor, not that we would go out of our way to pick up another group. I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

Lack of details , slow assistance , and gaslighting - Had a terrible experience with this company. The tickets provided listed a bus depot without a stop number - we went there, early - walked through the bus area and could not find the bus. We asked a depot Employee and showed our tickets and they sent us to the public bus. Once we got to legoland we realized what happened, called customer support. Were told to wait there - in the hot sun with a young child we waited 45 minutes and no one came. We ended up purchasing entry a second time. After being in the park for an hour we received an email with a photo of our entry ticket from Evan’s Evan’s. Afterwards, requesting a refund we were told that wouldn’t be possible. Worst part ? They updated our digital ticket to specify which bus bay to meet at and said “check your ticket again, the details were there”- however we had time stamped PDF and printed tickets to prove they updated it after the conflict. I’m currently working with an infernational Lawyer to coordinate a refund for the $1000 Canadian dollars we lost through this company
