Additional Information

Salisbury, a city in Wiltshire, England, is nestled where the rivers Avon, Nadder, and Bourne meet. It’s a place where history and culture converge, with many landmarks that are over eight centuries old. Among its attractions is Salisbury railway station, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The juxtaposition of architectural eras seen in the medieval streets, Sarum’s blend of old and new, and the merging of half-timbered Tudor townhouses with Victorian villas is a sight to behold.

Outstanding Salisbury Guided Tour - Andy was very knowledgeable and brought the Salisbury walk to life with historical facts, stories and anecdotes. This ancient town is full of wonderful buildings stretching back hundreds of years but our group particularly enjoyed the Salisbury Cathedral talk while we stood outside this stunning edifice.
