Each participant receives 20 minutes on the board, typically split into 2 rounds.
Activity duration varies by group size; for 2 people, expect 75-90 minutes.
What to bring: Swimwear (recommended to be worn underneath clothing), towels, camera, and sun protection.
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver.
Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back pain.
Minimum age for participation is 6 years old; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
