Highlights
  • Willemstad - Meeting at the cruise port in Curacao we start our adventure with a breathtaking journey across the Otrabanda residential area of Willemstad.

The Islands capital offers a lot of culture and history as well as these incredible views. The city has been marked as a UNESCO World Heritage City and offers great views over St. Anna Bay which is a deep channel approximately one mile long and up to 1,000 feet wide, located on the island of Curaao between the two parts of Willemstad, Punda and Otrobanda.

  • Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge - Pass by the Queen Emma Bridge, It has the distinction of being the world’s only floating wooden bridge. And as she stretches her 168 meter long and 16 pontoon strong arm across the St Anna Bay inlet that splits the downtown area down the middle, it’s easy to see how the Queen Emma Bridge has become one of Curaao’s most signature tourist attractions. You then cross the Queen Juliana Bridge which is the Caribbean’s tallest and belongs to Curacao.
  • Landhuis Chobolobo - One of the highlights of this tour is our visit to the plantation house Chobolobo, here you will discover how authentic Blue Curacao Liquor is made (sure we have all tasted this in our life) samples are offered of course. Next, the tour takes you to the east side of the island through the Spanish water area, where views of the cliffs along Caracas Bay will take your breath away.
  • Mambo Beach - When then head for our 2 hour enjoyment of Mambo Beach will give you the chance to enjoy this beautiful beach and the water. Bring your sunblock and any of beach gear you would normally take on a trip the beach. Mambo Beach Boulevard is a great place for you to shop, eat, drink and enjoy the entertainment along with the best best in Curacao.
  • Scharloo - The end of adventure is when we head through the Scharloo area, a historic Jewish neighbourhood with colourful architecture marked with unique elegance.

Please Note: The entrance fee to the Mambo Beach is included; however if you wanted to use the beach facilities alike the beach chairs and access to the swimming pool these are not included as everyone would want to do something different here. Not Worth your time or money - We did not know where to pick up the tour bus, as no bus driver had a sign, and no bus was marked with "wow" tours. There was no sign with our name, so we continued to fence just outside the port entrance. After like 30 minutes, a bus stopped (from another tour company name) and picked us up. Our native guide was very knowledgeable about the area, at least from what we could understand. His english was not that great, and it took a lot of effort to try to figure out what he was saying. He was very nice. This tour is worth about 1/3 to 1/2 of what they are charging. The views were nice on the bus tour. The beach portion was too short. At the beach it was hard to find chairs. There were NO beach amenities included. You must pay for the beach chairs, and everything else you might need. And the gal who collected the chair money tried to charge us for beach entrance, after we paid it with the tour. (there were bathrooms) The beach area sits next to a "mall" (more like a 2-story shopping plaza) that was not that good. Many shops were closed. Not worth a visit. Mambo Beach was beautiful, but crowded. There is some shade which is really nice.
