PERFECT! - Glen and Anita were truly FANTASTIC! Our tour exceeded our expectations! Their knowledge and humor mixed perfectly! We met as strangers, left as friends.

Sendy was an amazing... - Sendy was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and attentive. Great personality! We were a bit surprised that we were taken around in a tour bus that seats over 20 people, just for the 2 of us, we were expecting a car or suv. But we did enjoy being higher up and a panoramic window view that would not have been possible in anything other than a bus! It was just a bit comical having an entire bus for 2 people! LOL! Definitely recommend Sendy if you get the chance! Great guy!

Experience so exceptional that we booked another private tour with them three days later! - Sendy and Sulivienne were EXTRAORDINARY! :) They were nice and flexible, warm and professional. They made our visit fantastic, and my husband and I asked if Samuraï Tour could organize for us a private walking tour of Willemstad, following this exceptional experience. Having Anita as a guide was fabulous, and we decided that we would only book with Samuraï in the future, if or when we come back to Curacao. Fantastic tour with Sendy! - We had an amazing time on this private tour. It was just my mother and me on the tour, and our tour guide Sendy was so accommodating and had such a wealth of knowledge about the island. We were taken first to a restaurant on the other side of Curacao where we had the most delicious food and also got to watch people jump off of the cliff into the clear blue water below us. It was absolutely wonderful! We then traveled just down the road where I was able to swim with the sea turtles. While there were a lot of people in the water, I was able to see and swim with several of the turtles without being bothered. Mom wasn't super interested, so she found a spot in the shade and watched. This was something that I had wanted to do, but was left off of the tour. Sendy made a call and we were able to squeeze it in. I was perfectly fine with that as I was the one who wanted to go and had made the arrangements. After that we were able to see more of the island, and ended at the Curacao distillery. Normally I wouldn't be super interested in something like this as I don't drink a lot of alcohol, but it was really cool to see how this liquor is made from the peel of a super bitter orange. I'm very glad we did this tour, and would gladly book it again, and highly recommend it!

Swimming with sea turtles. Beautiful views. Street art. - Sendy with Samurai Curaçao was awesome. Swimming with turtles was amazing. Great lunch, flamingos and shopping in town. Great way to spend a day in Curaçao.

The best tour guide we have had so far!! - For some reason, I’m only allowed to go back a year but we went in November 2021- I’ve been meaning to write a review for… clearly a long time, and just now doing it (so sorry!)… Short story- we favorited 3 tours and when we went to book, this one, which was our #1 choice, was gone. We were sad, and booked our #2. Conveniently enough- they canceled 2 days before our trip, so I looked at this company again and it was open for our date again! Booked! No hesitation. Sandy was by far the best tour guide we have ever had! We left feeling like we were all best friends and even want to go back to visit and hire him again! He legitimately showed us every part of the island and made sure that we had fun at every stop, as well as during the drive to each. He was very friendly, informative, organized, and all around a fun guy. We have done private tours almost everywhere we have been internationally and he tops the list- since this trip, we have had guides (all rated 5 stars) in Aruba, Columbia & 2 different guides in Egypt and … meh… nothing compares to Sandy!

Super disappointing - We have experienced several dozen tours both public and private all across the world. This is the first time it has left me feeling taken advantage of. The tour operator asked for a list of things we wanted to experience while on tour. I provided a list of 5 items, which didn’t matter. This tour operator takes you to their choice locations. We were taken to 3 of the 5 so 40% of what I wanted to see was ignored. One of items they skipped would have been a top item that we wanted to experience. The tour guide, Sandy, was excellent. The excellence stop with him.
