Great people; great operation - Great operation. They unfortunately had their boat destroyed by a freak wave at night two days before our group arrived, but they scrambled to find a replacement and were able to have everything in place for us without a hitch. They made it clear that their #1 priority was making sure we had a great week, and they certainly fulfilled that objective. Friendly, attentive service with a strong emphasis on safety. A great week of diving, and I’m looking forward to returning.

Not worth the money go somewhere else - Overall the dive shop is an unorganized chaotic mess. There is no systems and procedures. People are running all over in total disarray. Employees are contradicting each other trying to double charge us. Not knowing what and when we paid for dives, tanks, etc.... The boat dive was a total joke! Shiney and Web being the only employees who were professional tried really hard to keep everyone happy. Our boat dive was cancelled on Tuesday, we understand that happens. However, we have smaller waves on our inland lake we live on and I dock my boat all the time. We were rufunded and went on Thursday. The same captain was rude, lazy and went within eye sight of the resort!! We specifically request the MUSHROOM dive which is on The dive shops board!! The captain gave us excuses and pointed to the dive shop people and the dive shop said "captains choice". After 3 days we still didn't get our goggles we purchased either!! Needs some on site management bad!
