Salt Mine, Krakow. - If you don’t have transport arranged I would recommend booking a taxi through Uber as we were overcharged. I would recommend planning a visit to the Salt Mine, however there are 600 steps to go down, in total so be prepared! A lift takes you back to the top. Our tour guide was fantastic, definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful Interesting place - 0ver 500 steps down but a lift up to ground level again. Surface is dry and good for walking on. Takes about 2 hours for the tour but allow 3 hours for whole experience. Excellent time there. 👍

Great activity with lots of historical information - The instructions for picking up the ticket were super easy and well communicated by get your guide. I then got to get straight in the queue. Our guide, Martin, was very good. Lots of historical information shared as well as cracking a few jokes along the way. The tour does last about 3 hours! I would definitely recommend this activity as there's so much history, and hope you get a guide as great at Martin was.

Well worth visiting - Amazing place, hard to take in the sheer scale of it all. Beautiful carvings & churches all hidden underground. I appreciate tourists only see a fraction of it, but so worth visiting if you’re in the area.

The best of Krakow - This place is just beautiful. If you do nothing else in Krakow, do this! Lots of steps but worth it to see all the caverns and statues. Our tour guide was full of info and could answer any of our questions. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place - Beautiful place the guide inside the mines super knowledgeable and nice. Experience could have been perfect, only complaint in our group was a family with a toddler that screamed from top of his lungs the entire tour and this makes difficult for everyone to hear or enjoy There should be a limit on age, caves is not exactly the best place for a baby

Wonderful tour, terrible online booking experience - While we were blown away by the salt mine tour we were let down by GR8WAY. Having paid for skip the line tickets and guide online through booking.com I got a whatApp message from an unknown number later on wanting to change our time. I didn't see the message until the following morning as we were out for the evening. We had recieved reservation confirmations so I replied saying I wanted to stick with the original plan. On arrival at the mines we were told our reservation code did not entitle us to tickets and the WhatsApp message reply was that as we hadn't chosen a time slot there was no guide and no tickets. We did not get a refund and had to buy another set of tickets (at a much cheaper rate) at the office for a later tour with a really good guide but in a much bigger group. Would definitley reccomend the tour, just be careful who you buy your tickets from.

Untitled - Wieliczka Krakow Salt Mines Two or three rooms to see for the ingenuity and work of the miners, the others no big deal. If you are not trained and good walkers or you have some walking problem or some pathology, non andadeci is quite heavy, between corridors and stairs, unfortunately so many people. The movie ending arrived at the queues in the corridors leading to the elevators, you relax thinking you're done...... and instead no... there is still a lot of tunnels to go to get there. And then..... the elevator, you just pray it doesn't get stuck. For me it was heavy.....

Never again! - I don’t recommend this tour with that particular provider. Much easier to buy the tickets from the ticket office before the tour. We didn’t get in at all after paying 135 USD for 2 people in advance. We were 5 minutes late to the meeting point due to no vacancies in the parking lot and the tour guide didn’t pick up the phone until the tour had started. Then she simply said it was our fault and she is not going to bother even though we were at the entrances of the mine by the time the group walked past. They could have picked us up but they have set up their meeting point system so that it would be extremely hard to find. Then the customer support contacts you and tells you that this is all in their terms and conditions and there are no refunds. Thought that the extra that one pays for the so-called “skipping the line ticket” is somehow projected into their services, but I was wrong. They build their business on your bad luck. Never again!
