Salt mine tour - Communication updates by WhatsApp were much appreciated and offered reassurance as all activities and tours very busy/popular. Anna met as as promised, exactly where she said, even though it was raing heavily. Anna also managed to get us on an earlier tour, thus out of the rain faster, as we were in the area early. That was really helpful and appreciated. The tour is approx 2.5 hours with two short breaks to allow some time between walks. Incredible. Very glad we made the visit part of our itinerary.

Fabulous tour! - Our Salt Mine tour was amazing! We had a great guide who was extremely knowledgeable. I never knew there was so much to learn about salt. I would highly recommend, well worth the money.

Worth seeing - Incredible experience to see this underwear. Our appointment was changed to 1h later due to some reason. Which worked out well anyway. The disadvantage was that it was too large groups so that you did not have time to see what the guide talked about, stressful. The sound often disappeared if you are at the back of the group. In other words, stressful and you missed some information from the guide, which was otherwise good.

Great Experience! Lots of Walking Very Interesting - Our tour guide was on time and really informative about the tour. We arrived a bit early, so he also negotiated an earlier slot for the salt mine tour, which we really appreciated! The tour itself was great. It's good if you want more of a cultural tour as you learn about the history and folklore surrounding the mine. However, there was a lot of walking and steps! I enjoyed this, but be warned if you're bringing children or are recovering from any injuries. Had time for a beer after before meeting our tour guide.

A scam, run off this page. - The ghost tour, the only real thing is the money they charge you, the bus has not shown up, the tour operator does not respond to messages, and with viator there is no way to contact, this opinion is August 21, after other previous q happened to them the same, which turns the attitude of these people into a custom, and to them elevates them to the category of scammers, I demand the immediate return of my money, I will never contract anything with these staff again and strongly recommend that no one do it.

Tour guide did not show... - Tour guide did not show up. Was left waiting for over 2 hours. Number for guide was uncontactable. Was very disappointed as was looking forward to this tour
