Very badly organised. Don't bother!! - Don't bother!!! The money you pay its so badly organised you spend most of your time waiting around. Gave up in the end as they kept saying 10mins, we waited an over an hour for our first activity. Told 10mins for the next one, another hour. Left very disappointed. However the guys on the zipline were first class and really good.

Awful - If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. Hanuman world was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing and poorly managed activities I’ve ever endured. The concept sounds great – lots of platforms, multiple ziplines, adventure in the trees. In reality? It’s a glorified waiting game where you’re clipped onto a platform, stood around for ages doing absolutely nothing, then clipped off… only to wait again at the next platform. It’s like the human version of buffering – and believe me, it tests your patience to the limit. There is no flow, no fun, no energy. It’s just platform after platform of standing around while the staff faff about, looking either understaffed, uninterested, or just overwhelmed. At one point I genuinely questioned whether this was some kind of endurance test rather than a leisure activity. There’s no entertainment while you wait (for what feels like eternity), no attempt at engagement from staff, and the atmosphere is dead. People weren’t chatting, laughing, or having fun – they were just silent, bored, and visibly fed up. It was joyless. The only redeeming feature of the entire experience was the surprisingly strong WiFi signal. Yes, the best part of a zipline adventure course was checking emails and watching Instagram stories from a wooden platform 10 feet off the ground – because that was honestly more entertaining than the course itself. Don’t be fooled by the marketing. If you want an adrenaline rush, go somewhere else. If you want to stand around awkwardly in a helmet while strangers clip and unclip you like luggage, then by all means, book a ticket. I came for excitement. I left with boredom, a sore back from standing around, and an appreciation for hanuman worlds internet service provider. That’s about it.

Absolutely Awful – A Zipline “Experience” Ruined by Shocking Management - I rarely write reviews, but after this place, I felt compelled to warn others. What should’ve been an exciting, adrenaline-fuelled day turned out to be one of the most frustrating and poorly managed experiences I’ve ever had. Yes, there were plenty of platforms – so many, in fact, you start to wonder if you’ve somehow signed up to stand on platforms rather than actually zipline. You’re clipped in, then clipped out… and then you just stand there. And wait. And wait. And wait. With absolutely nothing to do, no explanation, no engagement, no attempt to make the experience remotely enjoyable while you’re essentially trapped mid-course like a bored sardine in a helmet. The staff seemed either overwhelmed or indifferent – it felt chaotic and understaffed. There was no clear communication, no sense of pace or customer care. People were visibly fed up, and honestly, I can’t blame them. This wasn’t a minor delay or a one-off hiccup – this was consistent, systemic mismanagement that left us standing still for most of the activity time. It’s hard to describe how utterly draining it is to just stand on a wooden platform in a harness for half the day. What’s worse, the constant stop-start nature of the ziplines completely kills any buzz or sense of flow. The “adventure” becomes more of an awkward shuffle from platform to platform while staff clip and unclip you like you’re part of some badly run cattle line. For the price they charge, it’s a complete rip-off. You’re sold the dream of a thrilling zipline journey, but you end up paying to queue in mid-air. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Genuinely one of the worst days out I’ve ever had. Avoid. There are better ways to spend your time and money – like literally doing nothing at home, which is more fun and far less irritating.
