Stood up at the pier - I should have realized something was wrong when I contacted the tour guide Edward to reconfirm the pick up location and didn’t get a response. He also didn’t respond when I sent messages for about a half an hour after our tour time. I contacted Viator directly, and they gave me a phone number to contact him, but the number belonged to someone else. It’s a small port, and none of the other tour guides or people on the pier knew him, so I think maybe he was bogus all along. I’m currently attempting to get my $350 back, and hopefully Viator will make things right, but they told me it was after the 24 hour cancellation period so they had to get permission from the tour operator for the refund. Maybe they can find him, I couldn’t. Stay far away from this tour.
