Great time! - I had so much fun on the rafting tour. I came with my sister to celebrate her birthday. Mauricio was awesome and super knowledgeable! Gustavo was also really nice and took great pics of us. I highly recommend this tour 10/10!

Fabulous first time whitewater rafting trip! - My adult daughter and I had a fabulous half day whitewater rafting trip with our Flow tour guides Mauricio and Vela. We had never gone whitewater rafting before. We received detailed instructions, including safety precautions; were given helmets and life jackets; and did some practice with the two other tourists in our raft before we set out. Vela was our guide in the raft, with Mauricio following along in his kayak. We had a fun break in the middle for a bit of swimming and a snack - freshly cut, locally grown pineapple and watermelon. Bring a water bottle and wear water shoes - you need them for getting in and out of the boat at the beginning and end of the trip and during the break in the middle. Bring a strap to hold your sunglasses if you plan to wear them - you will get splashed! Unless your camera or phone is in a waterproof bag, don’t bring it. The driver stayed with the van during our excursion (which we especially appreciated since we were in transit and had all our luggage with us). Bring dry clothes to change into - There are changing rooms when you get out. We were then taken to a restaurant 5 minutes away where we had an excellent lunch of rice, beans, plantains and a choice of fish, chicken, meat or vegetarian. This was an awesome experience. Highly recommended!!

Family Fun - We really enjoyed our family rafting experience. Although we had never practiced it, we felt safe with Gonzalo, who supported us and encouraged us the entire way, making us form a great team. In addition to having fun, we were able to enjoy the beautiful environment that surrounded us, including a multitude of animal species. All the instructors were very friendly and we loved ending the day with a typical lunch. We would repeat without hesitation.

Highly tecommended - Excellent !! My family of four (two teens) and another family fourn(on another raft) did tour together down river. Each raft had guide and then third tour guide went down in kayak and took some great action shots of our raft. Felt very safe. Had a lot of fun. Even teenagers were smiling:) great fotos purchased after (not obligatory) went to meal afterwards. Trip back and forth on van. Great guides and driver all courteous knowledgeable and friendly. Rafting fun - My wife and I had never been rafting before, but our kids wanted to go. It was fantastic! Our guide, Mauricio, spoke wonderful English, pointed out birds and animals as we made our way down the river, and made us feel safe during the whole trip.

Sarapiqui River rafting - Awesome trip! Our raft guide, Roland, was fantastic - super knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. They had good safety measures in place. Our lunch at the was delicious.

Best white water rafting with a personal touch - This was the best white water rafting trip we’ve ever done. Rolan was our guide and was very experienced and knowledgeable about rafting, wildlife, Costa Rican history and conservation . Alejandro was the kayak scout who kept us sage a took great pictures and Juan Carlos was an excellent driver. The rapids were fantastic! Seemed bigger than other class 3 rapids we have done but Rolan skillfully guided us through them. We stopped for a really nice snack of fresh fruit and the lunch at a local restaurant was delicious and filling. This is a smaller operation with a personal touch. I highly recommend this company and experience.

Sarapiquí Float was Excellent! - We had a WW raft trip on Rio Sarapiquí with our guide Cato, and safety kayaker Cesar. We had a marvelous experience- Cato understood our desire to see as much wildlife as possible, and made every effort to stop the raft for the sloth, howler monkey, kingfisher sighting we had. Our class II/III rapids were perfect for our experience level and we felt we lucked out getting to float this river versus the Balsa as it was so quiet and so rich in wildlife. Cato was safety conscious, he helped fashion a cord for my husband who had not brought a cord for his Rx sunglasses and had a great sense of humor. My daughter lost her Apple Watch when we were jumping in the river at our fruit stop- he tried valiantly to help in the recovery.- god love him! We enjoyed every moment- might be the highlight of our CR experience in total!

Rafting- Perfect for Rafting Virgins - Rafting - Perfect for Rafting Virgins We did the Class II and III rapids. It was plenty of adventure for all of us. Universal thought when done, “Let’s do this again with Class IV rapids.” The instruction and practice session prior to commencing our trip was thorough and fun. The guide pointed out sloth, howler monkeys, egrets, iguana and more. We had a artistic display of pineapple and watermelon at break. The team from Flow Trips, was prompt at pickup time, they were efficient at loading and unloading the equipment.
