67R8HV93+83Q - Suarez river is considered one of the top rivers in the world for white water rafting, as soon as we pick you up, we must drive for around one hour to get to the put in, then we provide you with a personal gear (life jacket, helmet and a paddle), safety talk and practice, on the river we will cover around 10 k of full of adrenaline.
once we finish it, we will have some great snack and a cold beer, and get ready for heading back to san gil.

The Rio world class, hailed as one of South America’s finest for its raging rapids, is situated about an hour’s distance from San Gil. This riveting activity involves 12 km of journeying, during which you can marvel at the awe-inspiring views of the Suarez Canyon. It offers an adrenaline-charged adventure for those brave enough to venture into its waters. Rafting begins at the Vázquez bridge on the Socorro - Simacota route and concludes at the convergence of the Suarez and Fonce rivers.

I recommand - Very accomoding , we went to a part of the river that is not accessible normally due to strong current but we were able to do it because of the shallow river. My instructor was Robert and he was very good and clear with his instruction !

Rockin’ and Rollin’ on the Suarez - (Career US raft guide writing this review) It was a ROCKIN’ trip! We went in the low water season and it was still a great time. Rapids were awesome, views were stunning, the whole experience was an absolute must do. Guides were entertaining and extremely experienced. If you want to get a rivertrip of your life, choose these guys!! Ill be back to run the multiday section with y’all, you can bet it🤘

Amazing experience! - These guys are really professionals! They make sure that we had an amazing time on river Suarez! Rafting with them gives definitely you a energy boost. For us it was our first time rafting, but through them we got the opportunity to do level 4 and 5. Never felt unsafe in the boat. Our guide said: not good, don't swim!!
So if you had the change to book this adventure I definitely recommend them!!

Fantastic experience! - We were rafting with two other guys, so we were 4 on a boat and our guide Jack was sitting in the back. He is a fun guy and guided us perfectly through the waves. We can really recommend this tour!

Great experience! - This was easily the highlight of our San Gil trip. The days before going, rafting was impossible (too much water for safety) so we were in for a ride.
The staff and safety instructions were top notch. We had experienced and first-timers and everybody seemed to have a great time. Very much recommend to go here

Adventurous rafting!!! - I had been to San Gil 2 years ago and rafted the Rio Suarez with another company but had heard great things about exploradores and glad that I did! Very professional guides and equipment and the safety briefing was very thorough. Guides were knowledgeable and quick to act when a few of us went over the side, and the experience brought us all together and we laughed about it later over our delicious lunch and beer. Couldn't have asked for a better day full of adventure and great times!!

Great Experience - I've been on a few rafting trips elsewhere before but this is definitely the most adventurous one I have done. And the guys at Exploradores create the best atmosphere for a fun experience, not just with the rafting but with making friends with everyone else on the tour. Beers at the end were icing on the cake 🍰
