Had the best day, picked... - Had the best day, picked up from hotel ontime then taken to the boat which was lovely, the crew made everyone feel welcome and the snorkelling was incredible and White Island was insane. If your a couple then definitely get them to take your pics as they are the best

Don't miss this trip - Beautiful day out on a lovely boat - just 30 passengers on an 80 seater. Super friendly staff who were very good at letting us know what was to happen. Snorkelling and diving beautiful - two opportunities for this and a lovely lunch. Would be a shame to miss it. Entire trip (all day) cost us £30.00 per person.

Slightly disappointed - Good transfer and communication from guide. English speaking. Good first snorkel location but unfortunately the weather changed and became very windy and cold, meaning the 2nd snorkel location and the visit to White Island was ruined. We didn’t see White Island as it was underwater and it was too dangerous and choppy water to swim. I was looking forward to actually going onto White Island… so disappointed. Food very good on board new edge boot and friendly and funny crew. Good snorkel instructors on board. Toilets relatively clean on board unlike on other boats.

Take care of yourself and your money! - We were 4 people and booked 3 excursions. All tours were carried out but were not as promised and paid for. The glass boat was only 1 hour instead of 2 hours. Parachute “suddenly” has a weight limit. We were no longer allowed to go up in pairs, but only alone. So the company wanted double money. During the boat trip to White Island, there were several unfriendly attempts to take extra money for diving suits, goggles and the like. We had our own stuff with us and the sea is warm. The corals are 90% dead. The two stops were only 2 minutes apart! :D After loud complaints from several people in German, English and Russian, we were given at least 5 minutes for free on a banana boat. WARNING: rip off. Attention... - Welcome to the ROUKA boat. We left as a group of 2 and had booked this day with a French-speaking guide and diving initiation. As for our French-speaking guide, we never saw her for a good reason there was none. Once on the boat we are asked to pay for the diving even though it was already included in our reservation so no choice if we want to dive we have to pay, the photographer who keeps taking pictures of you, of course try to sell them to you in the end. The meal really borders on a real scam. Positive point The funds are really magnificent and our initiation went really well.
