Brilliant tour and tour guide - We came to Bombay Sapphire distillery today as a couple to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary together. Our tour guide was Mark who was absolutely brilliant! He was clearly very knowledgeable and was very approachable and friendly. The tour was very good and informative and I'd highly recommend it to people thinking of coming for a tour but haven't done it yet. You get a gin and tonic of your choice to start off the tour which is a great idea 😀. There is a lot of information on botanicals used and the process of distilling as well as a bit of history of thr building/area. At the end of the 90 minute tour you can go to their coffee shop, gift shop, bar or all 3 of them but no pressure to do so. We had such a brilliant time - thank you Mark for making the tour so much fun 😁

Fantastic Gin Trip! - Thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Our guide Chloe, was very knowledgeable, funny and attentive to the needs of my elderly parents. I won’t go into lots of detail to spoil the surprise but it is well worth a visit. The food available was really good and the cocktails looked lovely (we only had the tour ticket but you can but cocktails). The offers in the gin shop are great too! Would go again!!

Just a great Experience (Premier Cru Experience) - What a great day out, Sat 13th April just attended the Premier Cru Experience at Bombay Sapphire, this was hosted by Callum He was extremley knowledgible regarding the site and the whole process from beginning to end, he made every one in our party of 12 feel at ease immediately he was an excellent ambassador for the brand We started the day in the bar with a Gin/Champagne cocktail before completing a full tour of the site,. We were then treated to an excellent lunch, this was a Spanish style tapas, served in the on site restaurant. Then it was back to the bar for a gin masterclass, we were able to make and sample our own cocktails and left with a bottle of personalised Bombay sapphire gin. The tour started at 11.00am we left site only to sample another G&T in the on site bar. The tour is not the cheapest day out but well with the cost. I would recommend this trip to anyone, but it is so more than a drinking day it is educational and you will learn so much more about the process and how to enjoy a G&T. My only advice would be not to drive

A great tour learning about a great gin - The Bombay Sapphire (gin) Distillery tour was excellent and well worth the money. Starting off with a gin and tonic was a terrific idea (non-alcoholic alternatives were offered) and learning about how the distillery was started, what it does today, and how it’s continuing to evolve was interesting and well presented by a most amenable Guide. The 1-hour Masterclass (optional ) after the tour was a lot of creative fun, and again, non alcoholic alternatives were available. A great day out in a beautiful place…

Excellent Staff and stunning surroundings - My family of five treated ourselves to this for my husband’s birthday treat. We were greeted really warmly and directed to the excellent cafe as we were early. Mark took us on a tour. He was really knowledgeable and personable and made sure everyone’s questions were addressed. Marcus then guided us to make two excellent cocktails and created a Negroni for us. Everything was ready and prepared - we just did the fun part! We enjoyed finishing our drinks in the bar where an exciting array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks could be enjoyed. Finally, a good range of fairly priced items could be found in the shop. It was a fantastic experience which I would love to repeat.

Brilliant Sunday Gin Experience - This was an amazing experience! We were booked on the discovery experience and even before we arrived, they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had to rearrange twice due to my husband being ill and both times it was easy to change the date. Third time lucky, we arrived at the venue and was greeted by lovely surroundings which is so beautifully maintained. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the history of the site and efforts that Bombay have made to tie the history into their distillery is amazing. Starting with a tipple was great and really helped with imagining what is happening around the distillery and the smells and flavours. Every part of the tour was interesting and tactile. This was an amazing experience and so totally worth the ticket price (which is very reasonable for a great morning out!)
