Alligator Alley - The airboat ride was excellent. Took a lot of photos and even got to see an alligator before it hid in the grass. We had a great time!

Picture hunt for crocodile - Cpt. Disco was very gentlle and soft person. My english level is intermediate english but l understand him explanations. All my experince was very nice.

Great experience - highly recommend! - This was an excellent experience. We booked the 'Adventure Package' which included a 40 minute airboat ride, your choice of t-shirt (about 20 different options), a magnet or keychain (also lots of options), a bottle of water and entrance to their small exhibit all for just $55. It definitely felt like good value for the experience we had. 'Captain Jimmy' was an excellent guide who was very knowledgable about the area and the wildlife. We saw 7 gators on our boat ride as well as lots of birds. There were 23 people on the boat but it wasn't crowded or too busy. I would have been very happy to go for a longer ride as it was interesting and lots of fun but the 40 minutes allowed enough time to see wildlife. After the boat ride we took at look at their exhibits and got to pet and take photos with a baby alligator. The handler of the baby was also very knowledgable and answered lots of questions. Highly recommend.

Florida Everglades did not disappoint. We had an enjoyable ride and did get to see some alligators - Very knowledgeable boat captain who was very kind to find us alligators best he could and he succeeded in doing that for us. Boat # 7 for the day was the one we went on. Safe operator who explained safety protocols to us before we left for tour as well as when we were coming back to dock.

Amazing natural experience - Really great experience! Our captain was so knowledgeable and took us on a fantastic tour. Money well spent. And afterwards enjoyed grilled gator bites at the food truck.

Fun for the family! - This was a really fun experience. The airboat ride was exciting and we did get to see an alligator in the wild. The animal exhibits were also great. We got up close and personal with some juvenile alligators.

Great time with family - The boat ride was great! Captain Russ answered all of our questions and we got to see a gator, lots of fun birds and a few iguanas. The gator show and exhibits were also fun.

Totally worth it! - Our guide. Mark, was outstanding. We saw a gator, osprey, blue heron, and iguana. We also really enjoyed the wildlife exhibit. We were lucky enough to catch them when they were feeding the gators & the python. So cool! Even got to pet a baby gator. Highly recommend!!

Airboat ride is unique and enjoyed but didn't see or learn much unfortunately - Fun to be on an airboat. Guess due to winds we saw one aligator but not much else unfortunately. Guide didn't really share much information so wish we had chance to learn more about the Everglades, wildlife that lives there (even if didn't see) and how the airboat works. I asked several questions so got a bit of information but felt we could have learned much more

Not as good as expected. - We were only able to see one alligator and couple of birds. The trip would have been more interesting, if the captain provided more information regarding different wildlife and plants available in the Everglades, since most people do the boat ride are not from the area. Overall staff appeared disinterested and unfriendly. Gator bites were good but overpriced for the quantity provided.
