Seals are known for their friendly interactions with humans in the water; they are often curious and may approach snorkelers to investigate. For those who prefer not to swim, kayaks are available on board to enjoy the magnificent views and wildlife around us.
Recognizing that comfort levels vary, kayaking is available as a wonderful alternative or addition to snorkeling during the summer season (May to September). In the fall (October–November) and spring (March–April), kayaking is exclusively offered, as the cooler water temperatures are less ideal for snorkeling.

This Snorkeling & Kayaking adventure in the Howe Sound UNESCO Biosphere Reserve offers a distinctive opportunity to explore the natural beauty and rich biodiversity of the BC coastal region.
Howe Sound hosts a wide variety of marine wildlife, including seals, sea lions, porpoises, whales, and numerous seabird species.
This adventure allows guests to have close encounters with these incredible creatures in their natural environment without causing any disturbance. Guests have the option to remain on the boat or venture out on a kayak if they prefer not to enter the water.

Our boat is covered, providing excellent protection from the weather, with large openings perfect for viewing and photography, and it includes a marine toilet.
