60th birthday celebration - Great private charter sunset cruise for a birthday party for 49 people / staff was attentive and great communication leading up to our event. We provided our own catering and bar and Motunui provides staff for the bar and crew. The catamaran was comfortable with seating and tables for our fun party.

Very pretty cruise out of... - Very pretty cruise out of West Palm Beach. The captain and bartender were awesome and entertaining. We enjoyed the views, especially when the sun began to set. Beautiful scenery and port is close to many happening spots in West Palm.

Handicapped people with new total knees or people with lung issues. - How much walking is required for handicapped person. You need to give instructions for closer drop off for them. Maybe at blue hut and how many feet to dock instead of parking garage on Banyan to boat. Was entirely to far last night and I felt sick the whole night . The crew was fun and super nice. Having a plan in place for older handicapped would have made a hugh difference for people not from Florida. It would have been fine if they told me when I talked to them and asked questions about this but they said not very far but that was not trueful and gave instructions for drop off place would have made my night.

Pre Ordered Food - Everything was great, except the $20 snack box I ordered ahead of time. The strawberries were soggy, if you even poked them lightly your finger would break through and they squished between your fingers like slime. I ordered the Cheese Box and I really expected high quality for $20!! The staff was amazing and besides the food, the trip was good. I would just not recommend ordering their Cheese Box, and I would avoid the other food that can be ordered ahead of time too, if it all reflects the same quality.

Family-Friendly Party Boat - The boat was maintained, the captain and bartender were great, and the sights were beautiful! However, it felt a bit long. I wished that we were talked to along the cruise about what we were seeing. It’s more of a family-friendly party boat rather than an educational experience, which is fine. I just wasn’t fully expecting that.

Not Recommended - On the day of the tour, there was a severe thunderstorm with extremely bad weather. We called the company in advance to confirm whether the tour would be canceled and whether we would be refunded, since in such weather it would be impossible to see the sunset and even dangerous to go out to sea. However, the company replied that they believed the weather conditions met the minimum requirements for sailing, so the tour would proceed as scheduled and no refund would be given. As a result, we were the only tour boat on the water, everyone on the boat was completely soaked, and with the sky covered in dark clouds, we couldn’t see the sunset at all.
