8 Dragons, 3 Manta Rays, 3 Sea Turtles, Many Memories - Enjoyed the tour. We got to see 3 manta rays but only one of them were at the first snorkeling stop. When we got to Turtle Bay seeing the manta swim with the schools of fish were magical. Then seeing a few sea turtles just doing their thing, unbothered by swimmers, was stunning. The reefs and Coral are so beautiful here. What I like about the guides when you're in the water is they come up above the water to call people over so they regularly keep you together, and tell you when they see something really cool so you can see it too. The boat was nice and well stocked with water, bottled ice tea and some simple snacks. Bring a sanitizer or wipes for the bathrooms and when you're out and about. Lunch was cold, but flavorful and sufficient for what you need in the day. We went to Komodo Village to see the komodo, since it was mating season. We got to see 8 of them, and one that was maybe about 3-months old, which was unexpected. The team is professional and keeps an eye out in front and behind. What I liked seeing and hearing is that the people live among the komodo and see them as brothers on the island. They don't mistreat, drug them or anything. A guide actually said that in the village they actually feed them as well so they're not aggressive. The children and people of the island will be so kind and greet you. Don't be surprised if the Komodo Village looks under developed. Bring some cash if you'd like to buy souvenirs, a drink or get an ice cream bar to support the locals who are just trying to get by. Pink Beach is a very short stop. Not much here. Would've been nicer if they provided towels for this stop. Overall, a nice experience. If you book a time slot, be aware that you may be asked to be ready for picked up an hour early. Probably my least favorite thing, but it is a common occurance among group tours.

Absolutely amazing, unsurpassed! Highly recommended! - An amazing day trip! Absolutely thrilled with the care we received, from the morning pick up at the hotel to the evening drop off at the airport. We travelled by fast boat, completely safe and without any problems. The various stops were routine, with no problems whatsoever. We saw everything promised - panoramas of Padar Island, swimming at pink beach, 2 dragons at Komodo park and snorkeling over coral with turtles - a surreal experience of "flying" in the ocean current over a coral reef with all the colorful life. We were well taken care of the whole trip, chips, drinks and lunch within reason, snorkeling gear ok. Totally recommend it! We were a bit hesitant due to the higher competing prices, but we did well! Huge thanks.

You get what you paid? - I have mixed feelings about this experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, the boat was fantastic, and the food was decent, while the six stops were enjoyable. However, considering the price we paid, I anticipated much more! I realize that the Komodo Island (home of the Komodo dragon) isn't a responsibility of this tour company, but a tip for future tourists is that you can only see ONE Komodo dragon, and that's it! Many others shared the same sense of disappointment! The other stops were fine, but with six stops, you only get between 20 to 45 minutes to explore each one. Once again, this isn't the company's fault; it's just how the tour is structured. If I return to Labuan Bajo, I would prefer fewer stops and more time at each location. The pick-up and drop-off service at the hotel was very convenient! Overall, it was a good experience. However, for the price I paid, I expected more. Thank you!!

Only do if you can swim well - DE group is very large we were EN with 32 people and to make something beautiful of it that is far too big. DE first stop is not really an addition, consecutively climbing a mountain. Then comes Pink beach which is really nice, but even more fun if you could. Swimming . Komodo Dragons is fun but very touristy. Everything is sent into the park one after the other. Then came snorkeling with a pinky island which was really funny. DE lunch was excellent EN tastes good. Manta Point EN DE last snorkel spot are only good for good swimmers. DE current is strong EN DE guide has no regard for DE group only for himself. That's a shame. There were nice parts in it but I didn't think it was responsible.

One highlight, with multiple dissapointments - Our family was excited for this trip. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we hoped for. The boat we were on was not like the one in the promotional material. I'd chosen this tour because of the photos of the boat, knowing that it would have a decent toilet for our family. The boat we were led to was much smaller, and not as nice or new. Not quite sure how Tripadvisor can let tourism companies advertising tranposrt they don't actually put paying customers on. The crew spoke some English, but at times were not clear on what we were doing at each stop or how long we'd be there, so there was at times some confusion/waiting around. The view from the top of Padar Island was incredible. The toilet on the island was bad (not the tour operator's fault at all). After doing some homework after the trip, we worked out that we were taken to Komodo Village rather than the main Komodo National Park site. There were no other boats where we went, while there had been dozens on Padar Island, and the facilities were abysmal. We were surprised to learn that we were unlikely to see Komodo dragons in July as it is their mating season. In fact, we did see one, which appeared to be fed and kept in a cage to be taken out and photographed. It was still pretty amazing, but I did feel like we'd had the wool pulled over our eyes a bit. It was a long way to go to see what Tripadvisor has us believe would be wild animals. Similarly, at Manta Point, we were informed that there were no Manta rays, as Manta season is January to May (and our tour was in July). A hug highlight of the trip was the drift snorkel over colourful coral teeming with fish life, fans and we saw a large sting ray. Other is our group saw turtles. The visibility was excellent and the guides kept an eye on us. To be honest, this snorkel alone was worth going for. Overall, we left feeling disappointed that we had come so far for animals we were never going to see. Fair enough, they are wild animals and may not always be seen, but, when the trip is sold in a known off season, this seems dishonest. My tip - make sure you get on the boat you booked.

Mediocre tour - Too many people. Komodo was just creepy. The spots for swimming were super nice, should just have been longer.
