Booking the Virtual Outlander Tour - I booked the personal virtual Outlander tour as a gift and while I didn't participate in the tour, the booking process was exemplary. A fair bit of back and forth emailing to coordinate three schedules was promptly accommodated by Emma and after the first email of enquiry it felt like I was emailing a friend. Those who participated in the tour enjoyed it so much that there has been talk of booking with Mary's Meanders again for a physical tour when travel is once again an option. We may not be able to physically get to Scotland for the next little while, but booking this virtual tour is a close second!

Surprise tour! - My sister and I were gifted with this amazing virtual Outlander tour by my husband. Emma was so personable and friendly and shared so many stories and experiences with us. Being big fans of the books and the tv series, it was wonderful to see the locations where different scenes were filmed and to hear the history of the palaces, castles and villages! We would absolutely love to do this tour in person sometime in the post-covid future! Thank you, Emma, for a wonderful experience.

A (virtual) Outlander Themed Day Trip - Such Fun! - This virtual tour transported me to Scotland for a fun Outlander themed day trip, which during these strange times when we can't travel, was so lovely! Thank you Emma, for being such a great, welcoming host (and Zoe for recommending!).
I hope to do the tour in person one day! Highly recommended!

Step into the wonders of Outlander and Scotland online - I have just finished my first virtual Outlander tour with Emma and I highly recommend it. Relaxed conversation, super video content so you feel you are there walking around these incredible places and very informative. It cleverly brings together the fascinating history of Scotland and a fantastic show! I just loved how Jamie kept appearing during the tour!
Thank you so much to Emma and Anne for bringing this great experience to our screens during Lockdown.
I will be booking a real tour as soon as we can!

Great virtual visit ! - Séverine was a super guide ! Thank you for the possibility to do this great virtual visit during the lockdown. As I propose trips in UK and visits for a French association, I will recommend Mary's Meanders for visits (in real) the next time we will come with the group in Scotland !

Outlander online in Scotland nonetheless - On May 18th 2020 I had the honour to participate in my first ever online Outlander Tour.
I am a wee tour operator myself working from St Andrews and Outlander is a theme I do "live" with my clients.
I thought the tour was very insightful, the right amount of time and a real taster for the real thing with MaryMeanders.

Virtual Outlander & More Tour - Great fun! - Emma was a fantastic guide! In such strange times, it was especially welcome to escape the everyday confines and learn about beautiful, historic locations in Scotland. Zoom works well for the virtual experiences - video, photos, discussion (audio and by chat) all made for a fun experience. Highly recommend the virtual Outlander tours for those interesting in both history and the show!
