SIMPLY AMAZING - This tour service is top notch. They were easy to find. Once you get to the street there is a lot of noise and chaos. Just ask for Anderson tours and everyone knows everyone and they’ll guide you to them. They were super efficient and prompt to get us out and on to Tabyana beach. The drive was maybe 25 minutes and a bit rough at the end since it’s not a paved road. David, our guide, was amazing, courteous and offered his knowledge of the island as we went along. When picking us up he was very punctual and as cheerful as he had been in the morning. We were taken all the way to the port. You won’t regret nbooking this tour company .

Amazing day in Roatan! - Allen was an excellent tour guide and driver. He thoroughly informs you about Roatan and has a pleasant, easygoing personality. West Bay Beach is beautiful and has amazing snorkeling. We highly recommend this tour!

Love Honduras love banana Rama - This was an awesome location with a beautiful beach area and the snorkeling was fantastic!! The snorkel guide showed us some incredible coral reefs and helped us with all equipment, the beach area was so nice and the staff was great and the prices were really good, Gabrielle helped us all with watching our belongings and gave us some group rates. I would return to this location again and again

Benson #1 Tour Guide - Benson was the best part of our tour! Incredible experience with him WOW! If he’s not the number one choice for your tours then you should definitely reconsider your business plan. He was amazing in every way possible. He was informative, protective with us and always professional and respectful. We’ve been on 4 cruises around the world and this was the best experience we have ever had. We will vacation to Roatan again because Benson made us fall in love with the island. Give. Him. A. Raise. Immediately.

not a good beach - the beach was not very nice, the pictures did not represent the actual beach, that was not very honest.

Destination good. Logistics getting there sucked. - Started out not so good. Getting out of the port gate you had to walk thru a gauntlet of tour vendors jumping up into your face. Found the Anderson tour person very quickly across the street. We then waited and waited for about 40 minutes. The tour person said they were waiting for four more people to show up. Then he said we would not wait any longer and our tour vehicle was on the way. 15 more minutes passed. No vehicle. We the were told we had to walk to where the vehicle was, about 10 minutes down the road. We walked to a parking area and loaded up and started to the first stop on the way to the beach. About 5 minutes into that drive, the driver got a call and made a u-turn to go back and pickup the folks who had arrived an hour and a half late. More of ‘our’ beach time wasted. The two stops at the chocolate shop and liquor shop were fine. We the proceeded to drop off the late family at their stop first before proceeding to our beach destination. We ended up having our beach time lessened with all the delays. In any event, the beach location was okay. Food, drinks and messages were reasonably priced.

Waste of money - Well I was under the idea this was a day pass at a small resort on the beach and a ride in a ac van . It was not. I was told I needed to pay for chairs at a very gross and dirty resort where the view wasn’t as good either . They had great cheap drinks but the Loungers were old and worn out . So we walked down to a nicer resort and bought chairs there with security and cleaner bathrooms and felt safer . Our driver was very nice but she followed us around and asked us questions like where did we buy lounger chairs from and specifically which women helped us and when I asked why she wouldn’t tell me . Our driver got us to and from our ship with no problem . But we had to walk to the car and it felt like a scam. I didn’t know we were booking through an agency and once we got there things were unclear . This was not worth the money and I will not be using Viator again .

Never got an experience. - I never found the location to meet. I asked and the port personnel didn't know. Outside the port anyone I asked just tried to sell me an excursion. I ended up going back to the ship. This is the last time I book outside of the cruse excursions.

Worst Experience Every!! - Horrible. Arrived early for our pick up time only to be left because the group didn’t want to wait for us even thought we arrived 30 min early!!! Another tour group had to come pick us up. Of course it was 30 min after pick up time. Took us to the wrong beach and then no snorkeling!! Had to pay to have someone in a boat take us snorkeling that only lasted 30 min!!! Then the place they took us at the beach was horrible!! Ent back to ship!! Will be calling to get a FULL REFUND!! Worst experience EVERY!!

We were on time for our... - We were on time for our excursion and then had to wait on the busy road for over 30 minutes, and then we’re told we needed to walk to the taxi transportation over a 12 min walk on the busy road with our children. Then had to wait after our excursion over an hour to be picked up!
