Went on an Island tour and through the mangroves. - Lovely views. Nice people. Roads were clear of weeds, but some potholes need fixing. The Taxi driver said the governor was trying to fix the roads.

Total deception! - Website says “Visiting the different villages of Roatan, Mangrove.” But, it is just a drive through Punta Gorda, and to the Mangrove boat section. We were only informed by driver on the way to mangrove that we needed to pay extra for the true mangrove tour. We feel deceived, and robed. It was more like paying for a taxi ride that charged $47 per person. Driver was nice but true guide experience was not offered.
