AMAZING Experiences Two Years in a Row!! - My wife and I have been on two snorkeling adventures with Jay now and he is awesome. Jay took us on a brief tour and up to a beautiful view before heading to our snorkel spot. We swam through starfish alley to the drop off and around a shipwreck. All of these spots were amazing in different ways. Jay was always nearby to keep us safe or answer questions. He's extremely knowledgeable, nice and funny. If you talk with him for any length of time you will quickly realize how much he loves Roatan. My wife and I will definitely be seeing him again. Thanks Jay!

Best tour guide on Roatan - I just had an amazing tour with Jay and his son Jensen. We circumnavigated the entire island stopping at great places along the way such as the Mayak Chocolate Co., a gift shop that sells gifts from recycled materials on the island, a stop at the iguanas sanctuary, the Roatan Brewery(great beers), a mangrove tour as well as stop in Punta Gorda where you can experience the Garifuna culture and even try some Gifiti! Jay takes very good care of you along the way answering any questions you may have about the island and it’s history. He is very knowledgable and his English is great too. So if you’re looking to explore the true Roatan, sharing some laughs along the way then I highly recommend booking with Jay and Roatan tours 4u, you won’t be disappointed!

Great tour - We got a taxi ride from Jairon from West Bay to West end the first night of our vacation. He gave me his WhatsApp and let me know he could also do tours. We decided to go zip lining and sent him a message. He was quick to respond and was priced much cheaper than the guys at our resort. He also offered to include a monkey and sloth tour, and the chocolate factory at no additional cost. His son was along and they both did a nice job telling us about the area. At the end of the chocolate factory tour he offered to drop us off at West End to explore for as long as we wanted. We hung out, got a few drinks, and when we were ready to go sent quick message on WhatsApp and he came and picked us up and took us back to west bay. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again for taxi and tour services when we return to Roatan.

Awesome day! - We had a great day with Jay! Family of four, cruise ship visitors. Jay met us right on time and showed us around his island. He texted me the day prior, which was nice so I didn’t wonder if he was going to be there! We spent the day hanging like locals (no big groups of people). We got to do all the things we wanted to do and were never rushed but also punctual to return to the ship with no stress. Our day included chocolate tasting, shopping at several cute shops, a stop for a cocktail or two along the way, snorkeling and an amazing lunch at West End, rum tasting and photos at a beautiful scenic overlook, followed by a couple hours at West Bay Beach with live music! It was a perfect day, spent with our new friend Jay :)

An amazing island tour! - We had an amazing day with Jay! We were able to experience and see a majority of the island that we wouldn’t have seen if we didn’t take this tour. We weren’t rushed, and we were able to enjoy and spend as much time at each stop that we wanted to.

Don’t think twice just do it! - Roatán is a beautiful island and our trip was made 1000 times better by having Jay around hands down book a tour. Multiple things you can do and he will make the whole experience allot more fun with a great attitude and personality plus you’ll laugh he’s great at it! Great immersive tour experience! - I traveled to Roatán on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday. I wasn't interested in the usual zipline tours or those involving the monkeys or sloths. I'm sure those were cool tours, but I had ziplined in the DR and saw monkeys in Thailand. I wanted to learn more about the culture of the island...see beyond the beautiful sandy beaches and clear turquoise waters. My resort booked an all-day tour with Jay (Jairon). He was so funny, patient, and generous. He explained each area to me and graciously answered all of my questions. He asked me at the outset what I wanted to do/see for the day. I showed him some stops I wanted to make based on TripAdvisor reviews. He made sure I visited each stop and never rushed me. We visited Mayak chocolate, a recycled craft store, and souvenir shop (I wanted a Honduran wood carving). Jay also took multiple pictures each time I was at a picturesque lookout point or landmark. There were a couple of times we passed a sign or location I noticed while we were en route to another stop and he turned around or made sure we stopped on the way back when we would pass the spot again. While visiting the mangrove caves, which are so unique and naturally beautiful, he explained the history of the Paya Induans and pirates. We also stopped by a delicious restaurant in Punta Gorda for some authentic Garifuna dishes. I made a comment about trying roasted corn (elote) when we passed a street vendor. He was more than willing to stop or turn around, but alternatively suggested I try corn rice since I had tried the more garnished Mexican-style elote in the past. I was pretty full from lunch and the donut, but I was up for a new experience. The corn rice was so sweet and tasty. It reminded me of a corn pudding/cream of wheat hybrid. If you are visiting Roatán, do not hesitate to book a tour with Jay. He will make sure you get the most out of your time on the island, learn about its history and culture, and chronicle your visit with high-quality pictures you'll cherish! Bottom line: book with Jay!!!

Best tour ever! - We have been on many tours throughout the Caribbean and hands down the Roatan tour with Jay has been the best. He was so positive and personable. He primary goal is to give you a positive experience. He wants you to be comfortable and never rushed us at any of the sites. He took pictures like a pro without asking him.
