Awesome tour and Jaime was Amazing. - This was our 5th cruise and the first time we took a private excursion and it was amazing. It was just the two of us and it was so nice that we had a mini van to ourselves and not crammed in like the excursions you would book thru the cruise line. About a week before the cruise began, we were in contact with Jimmy from BayStar and he made sure everything was set, where and when to meet the tour guide and to answer any questions we had. Once we arrived in Roatan, we went to the meeting spot, which was only a 5-7 minute walk from the port and Jaime was there waiting for us. We had read so many positive reviews on Jaime so we were thrilled he was our guide and we were not disappointed, he was AMAZING. At each stop Jaime made sure everything was good with us and he took a lot of pictures of us with our phones. Along the way, Jaime told us about the island and about his life on the island. We highly recommend Jaime. As for the tour, it was awesome. It was the right amount of time at each stop and we didn’t feel rushed. I recommend getting off the ship early. We were among the first people off the ship, thus we were able to beat the ships and other private tour groups to the Roatan sign and the chocolate factory. We were the only ones there when we showed up so they were answering our questions and we were tasting the different tours of chocolates. Then the two of us went on a private boat and snorkeled the reef for about 45 minutes. They provided the mask, snorkel and fins. After that we went to the rum factory and across the street there is a small lighthouse that has amazing views. We highly recommend paying the extra few dollars to climb it to see the amazing views of the island. After that we headed back to the cruise port and were back in plenty of time to go back onboard the ship to change and eat, and then back to the port to do some shopping.

Amazing Tour with Great Value. Our tour guide Jaime is Awesome. - This was our 5th cruise but the first time we took a private tour and it was amazing. It was so nice to have a private tour with just the two of us. I am a bigger man, 6’5” and over 300 lbs, and my wife is about 5’11”. So it was great to have a minivan for just the two of us with a lot of room to sit and stretch out. We were in contact with BayStar tours about a week before our cruise began and they made sure everything was set, where and when to meet the tour guide and to see if we had any questions. As for the Tour, we were among the first people to leave the cruise ship, thus we were able to beat the ships and other private tour groups to the Roatan sign and the Chocolate factory, did not have any other tours there so we could walk around and ask questions without feeling rushed at all. Plus we sampled most of the chocolates there. Then just the two of us went on a private boat out to the Reef and snorkeled for about 45 minutes. They provided the mask, snorkel and fins. After that we went to the Rum factory and across the street there is a small lighthouse that had amazing views. Recommend paying the few extra dollars to climb it. It had outstanding views of the island. Then it was back to the cruise ship port where we had plenty of time to walk around, eat and do some shopping. Highly recommend this tour.

Jaime was the best tour guide ever! - It was incredible not only did we have an amazing time scuba diving but tasting chocolate and rum along the way. The tour guide Jaime was the best tour guide I’d ever had he even had recommendations for other places when we went back to the cruise ship. Incredible trip! Trust me Jaime is the BEST!!! A++++

Wonderful day in Roatan! - Jaime was a wonderful guide, a friendly face picking us up from the port and giving us a super fun, relaxing tour. He made sure we were able to snorkel, visited the rum and chocolate shops, went to the monkey and sloth sanctuary, and had a nice local fish lunch.

Great day - We had a great day on this tour and Jaime was a great tour guide. The chocolate and rum stops were the right amount of time and the products were delicious. The snorkeling was amazing and again, the right amount of time. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour and guide. - I had an amazing experience with Jamie. The most personable and accomodating guide I've ever met. His English is perfect. The sites are very interesting and snorkeling top notch. The tour was definitely a great value.

Best experience ever - This was the best day ever!! Jaime is one of the most kind people I have ever met and he is so knowledgeable about the area. The tour itself was amazing but Jaime made the experience 10x better!! Definitely do this tour!!

Awesome Day! - Such an awesome tour! We got to go all over the island. They were super customizable and allowed us to add the Monkey/Sloth tour. Easy pickup/drop-off at Mahogany Cruise Port. Small group of 4, very personable. Shout out to Jaime for being an amazing Tour Guide! You can tell he loves this job and elevated the experience!
