No.1 recommendation whilst visiting Grand Cayman - Day time trip for 3hrs to see Stingray City, Starfish Cove and snorkel over Coral Reef. Capt. Seger, Kevin and Joice were excellent crew with a varied knowledge of marine wildlife. Stingrays are gentle creatures, starfish are fascinating, and the variety of fish seen whilst snorkelling was vast. Very highly recommended - everyone should book this whilst visiting Grand Cayman.

Snorkeling, Stingray city and Star fish point did not disappoint - Richard, Kevin, and Burger were awesome. They showed us three beautiful places and were very informative about everything we got to see and do. The Catamaran was very nice and clean. They were alot of fun, we really enjoyed it.

Great tour! - Delroy, Kenny, and Polo were a great crew. Even though we weren't comfortable snorkeling in the deep water, they made accommodations so we were still able to enjoy the full experience I'd recommend this tour to any visitors

The company to go with for snorkeling and Sting Ray city experience! - A great shout out to Kenny... who saw me struggling while snorkleing with my 5 year old who cant swim. He stayed with us the whole time we were in the water , and gave us a chance to snorkel while feeling safe. The water is clear and beauty, rich in marine life. It was a great experience thanks to the team! We had originally booked with a different company who cancelled twice on us due to the high wind, but Captain Marvins made it happen. Their staff were very watchful to anyone struggling. I highly recommend them! If we come back to the Cayman island, we will only be going with Captain Marvins! The sting ray experience was unique to see these amazing creatures in their natural habitat. They are very friendly and we got to feed them. We were surrounded by them. Would recommend the 2:30 pm tour since there are less people from the cruise ships and it doesn't feel crouded

Stingray city tour with Captain Marvins - We did the afternoon Stingray City tour with Captain Marvins. We booked last minute as we had a change in our schedule and they were so kind and accommodating. Our guides were Michael, George and Bergher, and they were fantastic. I would definitely book with them again!

A memorable experience at Grand Cayman and roughly half the price of the cruise ship excursions - I originally scheduled the 9:00 #4 Tour because our cruise ship was scheduled to start tenders to shore at 8:00, but Captain Marvin's recommended the 10:30 #5 Tour to make sure that we would have ample time to tender to shore and check in at the office. The office, in the Waterfront Centre, was about a one-block walk from the pier. The extra time allowed for a more leisurely exit from the ship and time for browsing in the shops. A very talkative driver named Tim took us from the office to the boat launch in a well-worn shuttle bus. Our boat crew, Captain Delroy (Delray?), Mate Jimbo & Burgher (our official photographer), were very friendly and helpful. Our boat, North Sounder, looked brand new and was spotless. Our first stop was snorkeling at Coral Gardens. This is a nice place for first-time snorkelers, but if you have snorkeled elsewhere, there's not much to see. It still, however, felt good to get in the water and see some tropical fish in a small patch of coral and watch the stingrays glide by. Our next stop was the sandbar at Stingray City where the water was about waist to chest deep. It was fun holding the stingrays, feeding them squid, getting back massages from the stingrays with assistance from Jimbo, and kissing them for seven years of good luck. Burgher took pictures but it was nice to have my smartphone in the waterproof JOTO case. Our last stop was Starfish Beach where we had the opportunity to hold a couple of starfish. We purchased the digital photo package that Burgher was selling and he airdropped the photos to our phones. SUGGESTIONS: If you can, do the 9:00 tour before the stops become so crowded. Don't worry about wearing water shoes as you remove your shoes before getting on the boat. Get a JOTO case so you can use your smart phone to take your own pictures. Don't forget your towel and sunscreen! Don't forget to tip your crew!

Family fun - We booked the Tour #5 during our stop in port. We walked to the office, a short distance from the cruise ship. We were met by our driver, who drove us to meet the boat about 20 minutes away. We boarded the boat and were met by Jordan and Michael, our captains and guides for the trip. They were friendly and informative. Our first stop was Stingray City. The guys were thorough on instructions and made the time enjoyable. Our photographer, Polo was awesome! The pictures are amazing! The next stop was Coral Gardens for snorkeling. Michael was in the water with us, pointing out fish and stingrays. The last stop was starfish point. Another great time. Michael was snorkeling in the water with my son and daughter showing them the big starfish in the grassy parts. Other than some jellyfish, this was a great stop. Once back on the boat, my son was given some ointment for his stings. I would highly recommend booking with Captain Marvin's to anyone. They were easy to work with and provided a safe family experience!

A good trip for beginners or cruise customers - The team was very polite and kind but the tour felt unpolished compared to others we have done. The snorkeling stop was not worthy of a stop, stingrays were fun but other captains seemed more adept at holding and helping you get close to the stingrays, and the sea stars were fine. I personally prefer a catamaran so everyone can lie on the deck but this was a double decker boat. It also would be nice to have better drinks and snacks for people on board. Good not great.
