What a treat - Fabulous! - A brilliant concept! I took the shuttle bus to & from Innsbruck Train Station - on schedule, great driver & seamless. Kristallwelten was very well organised, automated & the audioguide was superb. Every single chamber was a surprise & a delight! I loved all of it, particularly the Snow Room!
Everything was perfect for all the senses. I can’t think of anything negative 👍👍👍👍👍

Swarovski Crystal World - It is an amazing place to see the crystal ,glass and light work on the museum and the garden which has a giant mouth as water coming out from its mouth looks beautiful.A full day can be spent there as toilets, restaurant and a play area for children is also there .

Brilliant visit - I thought I would see the factory, and actually no, it's an exhibition of creations. It's not really what I like, but I was amazed, among other things by the pieces presented, but especially by the interactivity of the visit. Little tip, get skip-the-line tickets online (but show up on time, not early). We obviously end the visit in a huge shop. When purchasing a piece and presenting the entry ticket, there may be a surprise ;)
We did not visit the rest of the park (paying), but can be interesting for a walk with children (playground)

Very beutiful place - Highly recommended if you are around Innsbruck!!! Fantastic!! It can be visited of you have babies, too.. Children can play and enjoy themselves!

Top family trip 👍 - It was really good. The exhibition was great and then we went to the playground, the carousel and the play tower with the kids. Simply great 👍 However, more snack machines could be installed as the women in the family were very irritable. 🤣

Beautiful but disappointing too… - Museum is beautiful.. but one room had an extremely disappointing and inappropriate display. “Famos” where most popular structures around the world are found is beautiful crystal form, displays vulgar videos within those crystal forms. All these structures have significant importance and displaying such videos within those is disgraceful and disgusting.

A visit to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds is recommended - The visit to SWAROVSKI Crystal Worlds was fantastic. The various cabinets of wonder were beautifully designed. Among other things, we really liked the crystal dome.
The outdoor area with a play tower and carousel as well as a labyrinth are also unique for adults.
However, when we visited there was a large crowd of visitors. This made it difficult to look at all the exhibits in peace. A visitor flow that was tailored to the space would perhaps be helpful.

No interest on Swarovski - A beautiful exhibition of works of art if you like it but you don't learn anything about the subject, the profession and others. Your own idea of perfect egocentric marketing with a huge store bigger than the exhibition. I hoped for better… and yet we are lovers of modern art

It was OK.. - We booked the tickets online. Unfortunately, there was no information. There was nothing written on the site or an entrance sign. After a long search, we found the entrance behind the giant. When we were already in the first room, a very nice employee came and explained everything to us briefly. Then we noticed that there would be an audio guide. Unfortunately, nobody told us and we were already in the first room.
What is also a bit questionable is that nobody checked our booked time slot. We went in 20 minutes early. It was completely overcrowded. I wonder what these slots are for. Apart from the lady at the entrance, there was not a single employee on the whole tour who could have helped us. Only the people at the cash desk, where there was a huge queue.
Unfortunately, the garden outside was also rather disappointing.
All in all, we would probably not go again for this high price of 23 euros per adult.
