An absolute highlight for the whole family - We had a super nice day in the fascinating exhibition, restaurant and beautifully landscaped garden. Everything was very family friendly and there was something for everyone. Our kids (6 and 3 years) loved the carousel, the beautiful playground and the play tower, but also the versatile chambers of wonders. Fully recommended and you can spend wonderful some hours there!

Excellent day! - This walk is worth it! It's very beautiful! Everything very well taken care of, a place of peace and tranquility, an excellent restaurant! With bus departing from the door of Innsbruck Train Station and easy to go and go. For traveling with children is spectacular.

A world of crystal - A beautiful and fascinating day, organized very well, even the outdoor garden deserves a lot and there is a very nice and equipped children's area. Experience in the reserved area with aperitif in the crystal glass and personalized diamond.

Swarovski - For Swarovski consumers, I think it is a beautiful experience. I did not think it could be so fascinating: we arrived at the parking lot at 8.50 in the morning. The parking lot was empty. I was with my family: I think we are the only ones who opted for this experience but we stepped towards this experience. There were 2 other young people besides us and we were already a group. at 9 o'clock sharp it opened and we stepped inside the Svari ski story. We were immediately fascinated by everything we discovered. We went through all 16 exhibition halls and everything was special. Of course, we stopped at the end at the store where we did some shopping to end this wonderful visit. I invite all of you who pass through this fairyland to visit the place

Something else - we had no great expectations and were very positively surprised. Something completely different... Worth the money. Luckily, it wasn't too crowded during our visit, so we had plenty of space and time to look everywhere.

To visit near Innsbruk if you pass in the corner of Wattens side - Extraordinary place. Of all beauty. Factory and largest store in the world. Several hours to visit inside and outside the site. Everything is beautiful, jewelry, clothes, fineness of materials put forward with reason. If you are visiting Wattens, take the time to visit

Interesting Tour but Who Are You? - Well, the tour wasn’t anything like I was hoping or expecting. The grounds are beautiful and the park area is lovely. The showrooms under the mountain were interesting and I loved seeing how the crystals were used for movie props and in the fashion industry. What was disappointing was you really didn’t get any info on Swarovski and the company itself. Their process, where their crystals come from, their products that are in binoculars and their design and research. It left me knowing nothing about them as a company which was so disappointing. It’s your world headquarters and a perfect place to tell the whole world about all of your products and developments. You should be shouting about your innovations and instead we walked away feeling like we saw an art show followed by exiting through the gift shop.

Much to overflow! - Absolutely not recommended! The museum was overcrowded to the maximum and for each room you had to queue. There were too many visitors in the rooms themselves, so that the rooms lost their effect altogether. Nice idea, the implementation unfortunately disastrous, the number of visitors should be much more limited. You can save the money.
