Your itinerary incorporates key landmarks and memorials of DC, such as the exterior of the White House, the Lincoln Memorial and more. The adventure begins with an intimate 1.5-hour walking tour around Capitol Hill’s top attractions, encompassing the Library of Congress, U.S. Capitol Building’s east grounds, and the Supreme Court. Guests will gain a unique perspective of life in DC, replete with excellent photo ops and riveting backstory of this crucial segment of DC. Subsequently, guests will be shuttled to rendezvous with the rest of the party for the city excursion.
The seasonal Potomac Cruise is included for tours taking place between March 26th and October 16th during the boat’s operating months. In the event that the boat is not in service, guests will be treated to two additional memorials: the Jefferson Memorial and the Eisenhower Memorial.
- There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.
