Wonderful tour! - Annemarie was a wonderful guide for our tour. She was knowledgable, friendly, and kept us on a great timeline. It was great being in a smaller group to have time to answer questions and get through the crowds quickly.

Highly enjoyable with a great guide - Kate was a great guide very knowledgeable and engaging. I would highly recommend it to people especially if not from the US as she takes this into account and explains how the system works here compared to your country.

Brenda was wonderful! - This was a great experience for the whole family! Our tour guide was Brenda, and she did a great job sharing a lot of information in a very engaging way. She was a wonderful storyteller! I was traveling with my parents, my husband and our four kids ages one through 12, and it was a great experience for all of us. Learned so much in just 2.5 hours.

Capital Hill Trio was a perfect morning walking tour - Brenda led us through a most interesting and informative tour of our nation’s Capital beginning on the hill, literally, Capital Hill explaining how the founding fathers chose this site to build the new government, with two bodies -the house and senate chambers. Walked us through the significance of the pediments and statuary depicting a new American nation with the statue of Freedom atop the dome. We toured the inside of the Supreme Court and even witnessed a petition being given in the Chamber. Beautiful interior. Learned about several Supreme Court justices. The highlight for me was seeing the resplendent Jefferson Library of Congress with its glorious domes and ceiling art and awe inspiring architecture. It is not to be missed. (Loved being whisked through the line to enter with our tour guide) Finally, walking through the underground tunnel to the US Capital building, after several thorough security checks, we entered the Capital and had time to enter and sit down in the House of Representatives chamber, where Brenda regaled us with pertinent information. Highly recommend this tour and especially Brenda. There is not much opportunity to sit down and a lot of stairs, but well worth the time.

Great Experience! - Really great tour and very reasonably priced too! This was a great way to see and experience a few of the key buildings in DC. The smaller size of the group definitely made it nice. Maureen was our tour guide and she was wonderful. She was a DC native and very knowledgeable. She had an obvious passion for DC, its museums/buildings, and its history, which helped make the tour all the more enjoyable!

Terrific Trio of US Capital Hill walking tour - Our tour guide, Brenda, was absolutely terrific in leading an informative and interesting journey into our capital’s history. Learning how the early founders built the capital for the two houses of legislative law, a tour the US Supreme Court and actually observe a petition in the chamber, and the zenith, the spectacular Jefferson Library of Congress. Not to be missed. All walking tour, with a few flights of steps but well worth it.

Must See Sights in DC - If you come to DC, you must see these buildings for their architecture and importance in history. Our guide, Kate, was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question. Her love of the city really came through. Don’t miss the Library of Congress, the inside of the building is one of the most beautiful in the world.
