Additional Information
Experience the finest of Washington, DC on a 6-hour bus and walking tour guided around the city’s prominent locations. The tour incorporates a (seasonal) 1 hour river cruise launching from Georgetown. Capture memorable moments at the White House and the US Capitol building, and get guided tours of various renowned monuments such as the Lincoln Memorial. Lunch (at guest’s responsibility) is organized at the DC Wharf (from October 16 to March 24) or the Washington Harbour locality of Georgetown (from March 25 to October 15).
- There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.
- Boat ride of Potomac River is seasonal (March 26 - October 16). When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead
- NOTE: Hotel pickup or Drop-Off is not provided. Please plan accordingly.
- If you purchase an additional tour or ticket: Please ask your tour guide or driver for your upgrade when being checked in.

James the tour guide was GREAT - Our tour guide, James, and our driver Chris were great. we learned a lot and James had a great sense of humor. Suggestion: would recommend everyone on the tour get a set of ear buds that are connected to the guides mic. all else was fantastic.

A. Plus for Washington DC Tours - FDR and Martin Luther King sites were new for me. Loved them. We walked a lot and had excellent commentary always.

Night Tour - A+ - James and Kris were absolutely amazing! James had extreme knowledge of the town and monuments around the DC area. Would definitely go again, with these two as guides, highly recommend - NOTE: We went on the night tour.

Awesome Day! - We were running late because we didn’t know that the red line was going to be partially down but Chris and Linwood were so accommodating. It was my second time doing a DC tour with Chris as my driver. He never disappoints!!! Linwood has so knowledgeable and was really patient with all of our questions! Thanks Guys!!!!!

Kris and James… excellent guides! - The 3 hour trip was a bit exhausting but James, tour guide, and Kristen, we’re really efficient and very thorough. James’ knowledge was very extensive of the DC area. Korean and WW 2 monuments were great!

Ideal Overview of DC - This was an amazing experience! Tyrone and Chris brought us to all the DC highlights and we spent a sufficient amount of time at all the war memorials and presidential memorials.
Chris was an amazing driver negotiating DC traffic in a safe and efficient manner with a calm and cheerful demeanor.
Tyrone is knowledgeable, personable, humorous, witty, engaging and informative.
They clearly love what they do, and were the key to our having a perfect day in DC.
I HIGHLY recommend this tour. The itinerary is perfect- loved the land and water tour.
Can’t be beat!

Ok tour, mediocre lunch selection - Tour was pretty good, but we were dropped off at a run-of-the-mill mall food court for lunch. It was insanely crowded, noisy, and busy. Wal to wall people. Would not recommend the lunch section, especially if you bring older folks or small children with you.

Weather delayed us - We were caught in a torrential rain storm. No taxi would stop for us and Uber was very slow in arriving and driving. I texted guide and they said okay but we’re gone when we arrived at street corner
