Thank you to the helpful staff - The tour was good but I really need to give a shout to the staff of the Big Bus Tour especially Ebenezer, Calvin, Creg and Jemo For helping us find my Mom’s purse which she left on the bus accidentally, it had some important documents, so finding it was a huge relief. Thank you once again!

Wonderful way to D.C! - This was a fantastic way to see the city. I gained lots of information while taking in the sights at my own pace. The worker, Beverly Brown, was very kind and helpful. Any time I was near her she was ready with information and a smile. I highly recommend using this service when exploring new attractions. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Ausio should have a back up plan in case of such problems, - First we stood on the incorrect corner of the Spy museum and watched an empty bus, there were buses on our side of the street blocking the bus that was loading. frustrating to finally step around and see the 2nd bus down the street. So we missed the ear phone hand out. On the ride a person gave us a pair because the system was not working. We passed the pair to the kids and they were able to hear the audio on their side of the bus, a relief since it was there 1st time there. The tour was boring on our side of the bus, since we had no idea what the highlights were to look at as we passed them. It was a bit of tha disappointment

BIG BUS Washington DC NIGHT TOUR -- Don't go!! - WORST TOUR EVER! We signed up for the NIGHT TOUR of the monuments and memorials. The website and the tickets gave different meeting places to start the tour. Once we called and figured out where to meet the bus, we got on and were given headphones -- no tour guide told us what we were passing. Which was A PROBLEM since the recording on the headphones DID NOT MATCH the places where we were. A passenger on the bus was telling her friend the names of the memorials so lots of us just listened to her. The driver stopped at the Lincoln Memorial and told us we could get cabs there to hotels or WALK TO GEORGETOWN... IN 5 MINUTES. Umm, no. Besides the fact it was windy and freezing cold, it would take at least 30 minutes to walk to Georgetown. Needless to say we did not offer her a tip. Like I said, WORST EVER!
