Miss Gale is the best! - Very informative and interesting presentation, especially with the hospitality of the hostess/driver Miss Gale. She made it so enjoyable, sharing information and her passion for the spots we visited. We would recommend this tour. Carley and her grandparents from California.

Hop on hop off bus was great for day tour - Hop on hop off bus was super convenient. Bus drivers were nice too. Alphonso the bus driver was the best. Didn't have any issues.

Monuments at night tour - Enjoyed this for many reasons. Love the hop on hop off bus in many cities to get your bearings of the place, where things are located. I like that you learn more about the place based on the commentary provided. This tour was great because our driver Ms Gale, was friendly, and answered any questions we had. I also liked this particular trip because beyond the monuments, we got to go through the different Burroughs and learn about them too.

Night Tour/Day Tour - Ms. Gale was an excellent host and driver! The tour was great and informative. If you’re looking for something to do in DC that shows you all the sights with the ability to get on/off - this is the tour. They offer both a day/night. Nighttime DC vs. daytime DC is vastly different!

Best way to see the DC sites - This is a great way to see the sites in Washington. A 2-day may be necessary to see everything you want to do. Drivers were very nice and informative. They explained that we needed to get on different bus to go to Arlington National Cemetery. The web site didn't state it nor the brochure but you need to transfer from Red to the Pink line to see the monuments and the cemetery. All in all a great experience.

Very nice - Lincoln memorial at night was spectacular, but we did not have enough time. Iwo Jima memorial and other moments were great at dusk. However very cold up top & outside.

2.5 Hour Tour is Too Long - I have done a similar tour in Chicago on Big Bus and loved it and had high hopes for this tour. However, it was very disappointing.
We arrived to Union Station 30 minutes early as requested and there was no signage of where to go. We were told to go stand by a traffic cone in the cold, where we waited for 20 minutes. Not a huge deal.
But the tour was entirely too long. From start to finish, it took 2.5 hours. Most of the tour, the bus was moving at a very low speed, probably less than 15mph so it was boring most of the time between sights. It felt like we would never get back to the station. Multiple people on the bus thought it was too long and just wanted to get off.
It’s a great idea, but it needs to be significantly shorter.

Don’t go - We were scheduled for 6:30 pm and didn’t leave until 6:50. We were supposed to return at 8:30 and returned at 9:10. We were dropped off at L’Enfant Plaza late and it was dark and nothing open at that hour. When I called the next day, I was told the tour was at 7 when it states in the website the tour was at 6:30. The Viator rep was rude.
