Totally worth every penny! - We knew what sites we wanted to see and was able to customize to our needs. We were able to see all on our list and much more because our driver was so knowledgeable about the city. The cost sounds outrageous but it’s really not when you add up Uber or taxi rides to all the places we visited. Totally worth the price & no waiting on tour busses or metro rides.

Must do to see all the DC sites - Our driver was wonderful - arrived early and was so knowledgeable about all the sites! This is a must do if you want to see all the sites and not have to worry about getting lost in a big tour group. Very personalized and worth the extra money - especially if you don’t want to spend your whole day walking.

He was extremely accommodating for our requests in what we wanted to see and do and gave a wonderful tour. The car was comfortable and perfect for our family of five. Not a Informative Tour just transportation service - Please do not book this tour for you family. You will be disappointed. I gave it the benefit of doubt with that one bad review but because of how the company responded I booked. However the previous review were 100% right. What you are getting is transportation service. That is all. You’re not getting a history tour or knowledge of DC. You’re getting picked up and dropped off to the locations. Our driver tried his best with being a marathon the same day, but the company should of know better and informed us the tour is possible but better after this time. The driver was also heavily dependent on his GPS. No music, no interaction, nothing, he pointed out things but I can too from looking at my gps. Icing on the cake is we got into a fender bender. Driver didn’t ask my family if they were okay. He just kept going. I contacted the direct company and got hung up on. I went through trip advisor to get back at least half. The driver spent his time so I agree he needs to be paid but. Save the headache and pass this booking. Don’t trust the response of the company either.
