Knowledgeable and Fun - We had an amazing time on this tour. The tour guides Tyrone and Greg were very knowledgeable, entertaining and their stories were excellent.
The bus was very comfortable and the restroom was clean.
I recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

It was a wonderful tour... - It was a wonderful tour full of information. Out driver Ali, was incredible. My 86 year old mother was with us and he made sure to park the bus close to the curb so it was easier for her to get in and out of the bus. He also stayed with us until our uber driver picked us up after the tour was finished. What a thoughtful gentleman!

Great Tour! - We had a wonderful time on the tour of the monuments. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the monuments as well. This tour is great to do at night with it being cooler in weather. The monuments are always better seen at night lit up and less crowded. There is quite a bit of walking on this tour, if you want to see them close up!

Linwood was extremely... - Linwood was extremely knowledgeable! You can tell he loves sharing information about DC and throws in tidbits that most of us wouldn't think of (like Jenny running to Forrest in the reflecting pool of the Lincoln Memorial). He kept us on our toes with some of the information he shared to make sure we were paying attention (like that Congress passed just last year that women and children could finally ride the elevator to the top of the Washington Monument). Obviously, he told us what really happened.
Be prepared to walk quite a bit between the Korean Memorial, Lincoln Memorial and Vietnam Memorial. But it was definitely worth it!

This company is charging for tickets to museums that are free... - They are selling tickets as upgrades to free museums for over $30 each, they list it as an upgrade for a self guided tour the next day to the museum that is free and already paid for with our tax dollars, the tour without the museum is 60 bucks and goes up to 90 if you want a museum ticket for the next day, i feel like that should be illegal, I only noticed cause I'd just booked tickets to the space and air museum before looking at this tour and saw what I just booked and got 4 of for free they were selling for over 30 bucks each- could've cost me over a hundred bucks on our family trip had i not known..., i filed with the bbb as well and this company has other complaints and is not accredited with the bbb..., id avoid any compa y that will charge you for something you can get free- not really free when our tax dollars make them free so how can a company charge for them? Can I just book them all out and resell them? Pretty sure that's not legal...

Such a Rip - Off - We were truly disappointed with this tour as we booked an upgrade to the Washington Monument and reminded our guide, Kris and James. Was promised that the tickets will be sent to us by the end of the day of the tour. However, we did not receive that, and then contacted the tour agency via email as well as viator via the website. But did not receive a reply at all from DC Tours. We regretted going on this tour with DC Tours. We would not recommend this to anyone.
