G Washington Life - The tour was extremely interesting. It really gives a good idea of what live of G Washington and Martha was with a significant and appropriate emphasis on slavery.

Please take this guided tour. It was worth every penny. - Ayana was the best guide. She was there early to greet us and was a wealth of enthusiastic information. I enjoyed the knowledge and perspective she shared with us and was friendly helpful and willing to answer any questions. We enjoyed the staff on the boat ride, very helpful and friendly!

Mount Vernon in Autumn - Ayana, our tour director was awesome. Very knowledgeable and accommodating-
especially when my wife was late to the boat…. Ayana is a true champion.
The trees and “organized” greenery was spectacular And while we were there, the folks at the farm was serving “traditional” 18th C. food . Very cool.

Awesome Boat Trip - Alex was our tour guide and he did a great job on our trip. The boat ride was about an hour to Mt. Vernon and he explained some of the building and other points of interest on the boat ride. Alex was very informative with the history of Mt. Vernon when we got there. We were given coffee and a muffin on the way to Mt. Vernon and a sandwich, chips, and a soda for lunch on the way back from Mt. Vernon. Thank you for the great tour!

Fantastic - Tour guide made the trip!! She was truly fantastic!! She met us at the wharf for pick up, stayed with us the whole time during the tour we had lunch together on the boat. She was full of knowledge, and truly truly made the trip.

Great excursion - This was a very good excursion. The river cruise was nice and got to see some cool stuff and then the tour of Mount Vernon was really great. Our guide LB what is the best. She was very knowledgeable and kept everybody entertained.

I would prefer a docent... - I would prefer a docent who is a bit more mature of at least one that does not speak in superlatives in almost every sentence. Give info not an opinion.
