How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise — which includes cafes, casinos and hotels — can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world’s greatest collection of music memorabilia, and it can be seen on display at its locations around the globe.

Great stop off - Another visit to another hard rock and it was as expected. Decided to sit at the bar and have a meal, and as it wasn’t busy really enjoyed it. We had chicken tenders with the little dips and buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of mac n cheese. A couple of Budweiser pints and gin and lemonades and the experience was great. Food was prompt and service attentive. Music was great too! Went into the shop for the usual pin badge and got a little hard rock pouch to put it in along with the others we collected during the holiday which was unexpected. Would easily go back, lots of memorabilia also around the place which seemed to really recognisable with entertainers of our age range!

good location - This restaurant, located in the heart of DC, near the metro, Ford's Theatre and within walkinmg distance of the monuments is two floors of rock memorablia. We sat in the Prince section on the upper floor. Service was quite slow, but the food was excellent, especially the dfesserts. Just give yourself ample time to dine here, especially if you are going to a show afterwards.

Must go - Very nice place in a convenient location in DC. Friendly staff and the food is served quickly. Be careful with the spicy options if you’re not used to pepper! As my first restaurant experience in America, it was nice to see the portions are usually bigger than many other countries. Great variety of drinks and of course, the music and decoration!

Staffing who don’t do their job - The food was good, our server did well but very intrigued by the staff who stood and did almost nothing, people on next table spilled a drink and no one noticed or helped them clean up until my table called for assistance.

Skip this place - Food was bland and tasteless. They had a rock cover band playing during our visit. The band was way too loud and not good at all. I expected better. Their menu also seemed limited

Not to recommend - Burger was ok, but the price for a glas of red wine (Sauvignon) - nothing extraordinary - was absolute ridiculous . More than $15 pus tax plus tip 🙈

Not accommodating for prearranged groups. - While traveling with a group of senior adults from TN, we had previously booked reservations at this Cafe. We arrived at the scheduled time, only to discover that 24 seats had been set for our group (which contained 38 people). After scrambling to finally seat the remainder of our group, we discovered that one server had been assigned to our area. Some of the problems that we encountered were not enough drinks provided (each table of 12 was given one pitcher of water and one pitcher of cola), extended wait time for some of our orders (while others at our table got their food within a few minutes), incomplete orders, and lack of attention to our requests. I would definitely not recommend the Hard Rock, especially if traveling with a larger group. This place should have been better prepared for a group of our size.

Shocking - Was really looking forward to a nice meal and good atmosphere on our last night. I've been in many hard rock cafes in many cities and never been disappointed but this one really did. Wasn't really busy either. There was live music and he was truly awful and far too loud. The service was very slow. Starter ok, mains were not. Ribs were just fat made my son feel ill. My steak was rare so sent back when it came back was cremated, madh was cold and the green beans were not cooked. Rick hard. Such a shame, what made it worse was that our server did not even comment or notice we did not eat even a quarter of our meals. May as well have put $130 in the bin.

DISGUSTINGGGGGGGGGG - just left this establishment to pick up a to go order and there were roaches crawling all inside and on the outside of the bag. SOOO DISGUSTING. The employee acted as if it was normal. I'm guessing that they are used to it. if you eat here please be careful and check everything......... I WISH I WOULD HAVE TOOK A PICTURE...

Upset Birthday Mess up - This is the second birthday meal that has been made a mess for us from the Hard Rock Cafe New York now here in Washington DC We came with an open mind hoping for good things from here and they messed it up in a big way.. We are very unhappy customers with the Hard Rock Cafe way
