Impressive Hard Rock Cafe - This was my second visit to the Hard Rock Cafe Washington DC in 16 years. It's a very large building with upstairs and downstairs dining options. Upstairs was reserved when I visited as there were groups of students visiting for Spring Break. However you are allowed to go upstairs to take pictures. The items in display were good and I particularly liked the Beatles section. The food and drinks were of good quality and the service was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately like most dining outlets in America now and with the obligatory tipping regime, it is becoming more expensive to eat here.

Put it on your to-do list - I love Hard Rock Cafe as a chain, but this is one of the best. Food is great, but staff is extremely attentive, friendly & professional. Very fast service. Probably best gift shop in DC. It is located right next to Ford's Theater, which made it a convenient choice.

Great stop off - Another visit to another hard rock and it was as expected. Decided to sit at the bar and have a meal, and as it wasn’t busy really enjoyed it. We had chicken tenders with the little dips and buffalo chicken sandwich with a side of mac n cheese. A couple of Budweiser pints and gin and lemonades and the experience was great. Food was prompt and service attentive. Music was great too! Went into the shop for the usual pin badge and got a little hard rock pouch to put it in along with the others we collected during the holiday which was unexpected. Would easily go back, lots of memorabilia also around the place which seemed to really recognisable with entertainers of our age range!

Always a guarantee - Standard menu and quality, therefore good compared to what you find elsewhere. Abundant quantity. Average prices. Professional staff. Compared to other Hard Rock Cafés, it lacks a bit of atmosphere and typical setup. I had a good time and have been there three times in a row.

Still very good but not as good as other cities - My wife and I are fan of HRC .we went there about 6 pm it was so crowded. Full of kids . Generally food and drink was good but not like always and like other branches. The price was ok . Dc has lots of options may be next time I don't go to hard rock of dc.

good location - This restaurant, located in the heart of DC, near the metro, Ford's Theatre and within walkinmg distance of the monuments is two floors of rock memorablia. We sat in the Prince section on the upper floor. Service was quite slow, but the food was excellent, especially the dfesserts. Just give yourself ample time to dine here, especially if you are going to a show afterwards.

There are better Hard Rock Cafes - Unfortunately, it wasn't a very good experience. The food was cold, the burger had only one patty instead of two, the Coke was still carbonated, and there were no cutlery. The lady at the reception was very friendly. Our waiter was rarely there; he took drinks once and gave the bill once, that's it.

Skip this place - Food was bland and tasteless. They had a rock cover band playing during our visit. The band was way too loud and not good at all. I expected better. Their menu also seemed limited

Do NOT go here!!! 😡🤯😭😞 - This is one of the worst experiences I have had: - the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful when I asked for a cup that was not provided in my reservation, eyes were rolled at me and the cup slammed on the table - drinks took an hour to arrive - the food was served extremely cold - one member of staff in particular called simeon was very rude - help was not provided when asked for help from a spillage - food everywhere on the floor Overall a horrible experience shall not return.

Shocking - Was really looking forward to a nice meal and good atmosphere on our last night. I've been in many hard rock cafes in many cities and never been disappointed but this one really did. Wasn't really busy either. There was live music and he was truly awful and far too loud. The service was very slow. Starter ok, mains were not. Ribs were just fat made my son feel ill. My steak was rare so sent back when it came back was cremated, madh was cold and the green beans were not cooked. Rick hard. Such a shame, what made it worse was that our server did not even comment or notice we did not eat even a quarter of our meals. May as well have put $130 in the bin.
