Great trip to Gettysburg. - Host very friendly and knowledgeable. Even dropped everyone off at Their Hotel. Would definitely go on another tour with Him.

Gettysburg, a must do trip ! - This was a great trip with our driver Galen in a top quality bus. The journey is about 2 hours but well worth it. The price included the film and 360 panoramic sight and sound experience of the famous battlefield painting as well as a brilliant personal tour of the battle fields with a national park guide called Bruce Rice. Bruce brought the whole experience to life with his knowledge and insight into this critical turning point in US history. A must trip for anyone wishing to understand a bit more about the origins and consequences of the civil war.

Capture the Civil War action in Gettysburg! - The day was very informative and enjoyable. In particular, the trip around the Battlefields site was top class as the guide brought the whole experience to life. The drive to Gettysburg was very pleasant as our driver, Gallon, was excellent.

Excellent Experience! - It was an absolute delight having Galen as our tour guide. He was extremely attentive and accommodating to everyone in our group. He was an excellent driver, who was always focused on our safety in the wake of much road construction and heavy traffic to and from Gettysburg. Galen kept us on time while being kind and focused on everyone having a positive experience. After the trip, my daughter realized she had accidentally left her purse on the van we took. It could have easily become a nightmare since she had some valuables in it, but Galen worked with us to contact his colleague, who had taken the bus for another tour, so it could be returned. He truly went above and beyond delivering it to us only a few days later. We truly had an amazing experience with Galen and could not recommend him enough!

Great day out from Washington DC - Great full day out! Good communication from Galen, our driver for the day, to confirm pick up location. Two hour drive to visitor centre for introduction film, fabulous cyclorama and museum. Then dropped into town for lunch before collecting our excellent guide, Gary, for a detailed tour. Galen was brilliant throughout and helpful for getting us back to our respective hotels. Fascinating insight to the build up and action on the battlefield. Would certainly recommend.

A very informative tour - Our driver was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He set everything up and made all the arrangements. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and showed us everything that was necessary for our trip to Gettysburg. He was conscientious of everything.

Good way to see the Battlefield - Galen, our driver, contacted me the day before to confirm arrangements. Minibus was at meeting point in good time. No toilets at meeting point, so don't drink much tea beforehand. Galen stopped on the way for a comfort break. Visitor centre good. Useful film at beginning to set context and then you see huge circular painting of day 3 battle. Battlefield bus tour is good. Guide was helpful. You can get out at top of Little Round Top. Paid for tour in UK. Price very full. Next time I'd book in US as probably a lot cheaper. Galen was very helpful and took us back to our DC hotel.

Bad Tour Guide - The Tour Guide’s driving was terrible. He was late for the pickup as he went to the wrong location. During the trip he did not connect his phone to the car’s Bluetooth and instead held the phone while he repeatedly texted, used the map app and made a call. As a result he kept drifting out of the lane hitting rumble strips. It was very unsafe. I requested a 50% refund (Gettysburg itself was great without the Tour Guide) and was denied. Will not use Viator again.
